This stunning desert condo is located in the gated community of PGA WEST in La Quinta, CA. The kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom all look out at a beautiful lake view! The backyard patio and master bedroom patio lakefront and perfect for morning coffee, afternoon happy hour or a late evening gathering around the fire pit! In addition to the beautiful view, this is the perfect place to get away for some golf in the California sun with Six Pro Golf Courses (3 Public and 3 Private) or a trip to Coachella Music Festival, Stagecoach and more-- only 10 minutes away. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and ducks as you walk the short stroll to the pool and hot tub that is seconds away from the back patio. (Parking is included with an enclosed garage as well). Bikes, fire pit and BBQ are also available for your enjoyment.

Great Stay!

We loved this home and the location. We had a wonderful time with family during the Thanksgiving holiday. The area is gorgeous and Steve was very helpful and friendly. Would love to visit again.

Great Condo in a Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Steve was very responsive to questions before our arrival. Check in was seamless and the condo was clean and comfortable. The central location is ideal for a golf vacation and La Quinta restaurants. The pool and hot tub were close by and we enjoyed them as well.

Perfect stay

We loved this place and will be back. It was perfect for my husband, 2 year old and my in laws we were all spaced out upstairs in the 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom and the one with 2 queens have bathrooms attached which was great. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals and bbq outside. We got to park in the garage which was a nice bonus too. The grounds are amazing, we walked all over got lost in the sunshine a few times but loved it. Pools on every block, half of them heated and hot tubs too. Gated private community felt safe and quiet. Stores within 10 mins. Just perfect, thank you so much we will be back and highly recommend this little escape.

Great condo

The condo was great and exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious and great location for us as our daughter was competing at desert horse park in thermal. Steve was always available to answer questions when any came up and overall one of the best places we have stayed at pga west.

Awesome Property

The property, located in the PGA West community of La Quinta was tremendous. The unit was well appointed and commands an amazing view of the lake. Steve, our host was very friendly, helpful and communicative. I'd love to stay there again.

Excellent property with minor issue

We enjoyed our stay at this property in La Quinta. The host was excellent. We were in town for a concert at the Empire Polo Club and this property was ideally situated at <10 min drive from the entrance to the venue. The home is well appointed and in a lovely, quiet gated golf community. We did, however, encounter two small issues that the owner rectified as soon as he could. The air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms was broken for two of the four nights. The owner promptly had a technician come to fix it. Also, the WiFi went out on us. Other than those two issues, the stay was wonderful and I would recommend it to others.

Horse-show weekend in La Quinta.

After a long day competing at the Desert Show park, it was wonderful to come home to a clean, beautifully appointed condo. Had we stayed longer we would have enjoyed the pools, jacuzzi and outdoor fire pit. The condo itself was so nice we got take out dinner one of the nights so we could spend more time in it. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an incredible condo for the weekend.

Golf trip

Great place to stay for 4 guys on a golf trip. Steve was good communicator and the place was as advertised. 4 comfortable beds, great east facing patio and pool 50 feet away.

Great stay and great location

We stayed in a great neighborhood. Neighbors were nice and appreciated that we were quite unlike some other guests around the neighborhood before. House was more spacious then we thought but fit 8 of us perfectly. One thing to note is that we seen like 3 cockroaches. The rental was located was about 10-15 minutes away from empire polo field and was smoothe getting in and out

Excellent location and property

Dealing with the owner was a pleasure. Got virtually immediate response to questions. Property was clean and nicely furnished. We had a beautiful view on the lagoon. There were plenty of amenities. A fine time was had by all guests at our annual golf outing.
