The Space:
Sleep 12 guests in our huge mountain chalet. The Langdon House is brand new and one of the biggest and best in the Smokies, offering truly breathtaking views. This retreat boasts four king suites, a chef’s kitchen, pool table, home theater, indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. Accommodates up to 12 comfortably, making it ideal for large groups or families. Dogs are welcome on your adventure.

Tucked away in the countryside, this home offers the perfect rural retreat. While we're delighted to provide complimentary internet access, it's important to note that connectivity might not always match the speed and reliability needed for remote work or simultaneous streaming on several devices because of our location. We encourage you to view this as an opportunity to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Please take note that there is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

As a reminder, our temperature-controlled indoor pool is typically heated to around 80 degrees and must stay within a few degrees of that to effectively manage humidity. Less than 20-minute drive to Parkway, Dollywood, The Island Pigeon Forge. Less than 30-minute drive to the outdoor adventure that awaits in Great Smoky Mountain National Parks.

Ziplines and whitewater rafting, world-class golf and fishing, and 800 miles of hiking trails in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg is one of America’s premier outdoor destinations. Biking, bird watching, and horseback riding are also recommended activities to try while you’re outside in Gatlinburg.

Getting Around:
Access to this home is a slow, gradual rise on curvy, but well paved roads. Please watch for wildlife on your way to our home. We strongly suggest having a 4-wheel drive vehicle when driving in the Smoky Mountains. In inclimate weather and during winter months, we strongly recommend the use of snow or chained tires. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.
