Beautiful house, Convenient location with amazing views. Visited by a mamma bear and her 3 cubs. Clean house with everything we needed in it. Communication was prompt.

Beautiful views. Had visits from local bears everyday. Elevator not working. Needed for arrival and departure. House not great for elderly or handicapped due to steps and multiple levels.

We had a great stay at this cabin! It was clean, spacious, and had a great layout for our group. The kids loved having the entire lower level as their own space to hang out, while the two master suites each had their own balcony with beautiful mountain views—a feature we really enjoyed.The mountain setting was exactly what we were looking for. We loved being up on the mountain, and the huge hot tub was perfect for relaxing every evening. One of the coolest parts of the trip was having bears visit the property every day—it made the experience even more memorable.The cabin is tucked away, so you’ll have a bit of a drive to reach most attractions, but we actually preferred being away from the crowds. It’s also conveniently located near one of the entrances to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The driveway is a little steep, but it was manageable.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we’d happily book it again.

Cabin was beautiful, clean & was completely fully stocked. It even had seasonings, off spray & other extras. Beds were comfortable & came with fans & air units. The only small complaint is the sewer smell in the basement from when someone uses the restroom, it was pretty bad but other than that it was great cabin & location. Host sent check-in info on time & even checked in after the first day.

We had a great family vacation! The cabin is beautiful with breathtaking views. We had Bear visit 3 of 6 days. The cabin offered everything we could have needed. The hosts were super responsive and got right back to us anytime we had a question. The location was ideal to down town and the park!

To start, Jenn and Ross are excellent hosts; very responsive to all quarries. The house was perfect for our family reunion of 3 families, nine adults, and two teenagers. The view from the house is fabulous allowing for beautiful sunsets. The community is quiet, minimal traffic, and lots of wildlife. We were visited daily by a family of bears, Mom, Pop, and 3 cubs. They were respectful; however, do remember to lock all car and house doors. They are mischievous, gaining entrance to the pickup and rental car, fortunately, no damage.As for the house, it is exactly as listed, each bedroom being an ensuite is great. The main floor accommodated all 11 of us for games and meals. Just be aware that the driveway is steep but allows parking for four cars. For planning purposes, there are 13 concrete steps up to the bottom floor of the house and another 15 steps up to the main floor.Taking all of that into consideration, we would love to return. The view and serenity is unmatched.

Great house for a family reunion

We had a great stay here. We had a family reunion with 9 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 small children. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, the house was beautiful and clean, and the pool table downstairs was a big hit. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We had a family of bears that came to visit daily, which was entertaining for all of us. The driveway is steep, but we had no problem navigating it with 3 cars. We parked the 4th car at the bottom of the driveway. The location is quiet and serene with great views, and it was about a 10-20 minute drive into “town” depending on which direction we went. Overall, a great vacation home!

Hosts were incredible! Air conditioner went down one evening and it was immediately handled! They also paid for our dinner out as it was too hot to cook in the cabin, my family was so grateful. The place is gorgeous, view is fantastic, hot tub was the best and the bear encounters were daily! I did wish the pool was within walking distance but having access to one was great. If I were to pick something that could use work, it was the cleanliness of the place.. it hadn’t seen a mop or dusting in quite some time and there was food/bottles/trash under the beds and in the bedside drawers. I would recommend this cabin as it is in a quiet neighborhood and within a short drive to all of the excitement.

Host was very responsive to any questions or problems we had. House is beautiful and well appointed. Driveway can be intimidating but after going up a couple of times, it was fine. Main living area is on the second floor so be prepared to carry all of your groceries/drinks up stairs. There is an elevator but it was not in service during our visit. Overall great say and definitely would stay here again!

This property was great for our vacation in the mountains with our family. The house layout was nice for adults and kids. The outdoor spaces provided spots to gather. The fire pit was exceptional. And the hot tub was enjoyed by everyone! We like staying on the peaceful side of the mountain and then venturing into pigeon Forge when we wanted to have an activity. We would stay here again.

The stay was amazing!! This cabin provided a relaxing escape, the views were beautiful and the spaciousness allowed my large family to be together, but also have plenty of space for privacy. The back deck was a true delight to enjoy from sitting and relaxing to enjoying the pool/spa!!!The host communicated frequently with suggestions for the area, how to use the amenities and just checking in to make sure everything was going well—the best part was I knew if I needed anything they were available, but everything was perfect so I did not even need to reach out for a thing. My family and I plan on booking again in the future because we had such a great time! I am so glad that we chose to stay here and out of the hustle and bustle of pigeon forge and gatlinburg—this trip was a welcome retreat from every day life!!!
