Completely remodeled 3 bedroom home with open floor plan and HUGE island. New Pool and outdoor kitchen added in 2022. It's the perfect home for family and friends to reconnect.
Minutes from Fremont Street and the Las Vegas Strip in a quiet subdivision with easy access to freeways, shopping and all that Vegas has to offer.
I live just down the street and will interact as much or as little as guests like. My knowledge of "the hood" can come in handy. If you have a question, please ask.

Doug was an excellent host. His property was as described and the house had every thing we needed. The location was perfect and the spa was great. We would stay here again.

Great break from the Vegas

Listing was very fair and accurate to the delivered product. VRBO host was very responsive and helpful. We did not have any issues during the stay. Hot tub and pool were great stress relievers after spending the daytime hiking, and decompressing after an evening downtown Vegas or on the Strip.

Catacus, Pool, Spa, BBQ, yard Oasis in Vegas!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location (we did not have to get on the freeway; we used the back roads), and we loved finding Church's Chicken! It was quiet and private. I loved being able to park our car in the garage. The TV was easy to operate, and Doug was helpful when we had questions. We enjoyed our stay, and we would come back. Relaxing oasis

Hospitality above and beyond

Place is exactly as pictured. Nice clean, charming home with EVERYTHING you need from soap, shampoo, laundry soap, washer, dryer, Kleenex, TP, blow dryer, curling iron. It even has a water cooler, 2 different coffee makers, lots of k cups, coffee grounds, tea and sugar and every possibly dish and utensil you would need. The back yard was excellent, with a pool, hot tub, corn hole, bbq and plenty of seating. Besides the black jack table they also have board games. Location is close to freeway on ramp and takes about 10 minutes to get to the strip. Would be fun place to stay with a group.

Doug is definitely a super host! The home was spotless with so many extras that made our stay wonderful! Beautiful, private and very welcoming had a great time cooking and swimming! Loved being close to everthing!

This house had every dish plate utensil that you needed spices in the cupboards it was just a great place to be the hot tub was great showers were great I'd rent this

Everything was very clean & was very well stocked. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Would highly recommend. We were in town for a family wedding.

Great stay and location

Has everything for a family to stay and relax and is a short drive to the strip , freemont stree and a great gluten free bakery 5 minutes away from house that had amazing food and drinks all sugar free and gluten free! Doug met with us for 5 minutes explaining some simple things and we were set!!! My family was 100 percent satisfied.

Excellent VRBO

This home is absolutely perfect. Little did we know there would be a heat wave during our stay so the pool was perfect. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a group, the rooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed. Truely the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

An amazing house with everything you could need and more. Doug gave us a warm welcome and shared us.

Easy booking and communication with owner throughout with all questions answered promptly. The house is amazing and equipped so so well. Offers peace and quiet away from the bright lights of the strip which is an easy Uber ride away. Loved our visit-would highly recommend .

Wonderful destination

We visited for UNLV graduation and wanted to stay off the strip. What a comfortable, wonderful house this was! The pool was perfect, as was the outdoor area where we spent most of the time. Doug was an excellent host. If we come back, we will definitely look to stay here again!

Wonderful Place

We had a fabulous time. The rental was clean and beautiful. The backyard made the vacation for us. The pool is amazing. Doug was great to deal with and easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. He is a wonderful host.

Wonderful property

Doug, the property owner, was a wonderful host and communicator. The home felt like home from the pool, washing machine, eating location, 15 mins to the Vegas Strip, and overall comfort. The best part was that my adult children loved it and allowed us to create new happy memories. I recommend this place to anyone, especially with a big family.

Just What the Dr. Ordered

A spectacular property, with all the comforts of home and then some. The host, Doug, really has thought of everything and truly delivers on so many little details. Impeccably clean, flush with amenities, great location, prompt and clear communication. Everything is as advertised and you are left wanting for nothing! 10/10, no notes.

Paying my fair share in taxes and following the law are important to me. I take pride my City of Las Vegas license. The taxes associated with your stay (13%) are paid each month.
