Completely remodeled 3 bedroom home with open floor plan and HUGE island. New Pool and outdoor kitchen added in 2022. It's the perfect home for family and friends to reconnect.
Minutes from Fremont Street and the Las Vegas Strip in a quiet subdivision with easy access to freeways, shopping and all that Vegas has to offer.
I live just down the street and will interact as much or as little as guests like. My knowledge of "the hood" can come in handy. If you have a question, please ask.

Pictures and description on website are accurate. Very clean & enjoyable dwelling with well stocked kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies. TVs in every bedroom with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nice neighborhood not too far from downtown, airport, Allegiant Stadium. Host was fantastic, informative, responsive, and pleasant. We definitely will return to this property if we visit the area again!

We really enjoyed this property. It was accurate with the description in the listing. It didn’t take very long to get to anything we decided to do which was great. Everything was great.

We absolutely loved this house! Everything you need for an amazing stay. We were here with our girls for a dance competition and it was the perfect location away from the strip. Make sure you plan some down time to spend in the amazing pool and hot tub…that was the highlight of our trip! Thanks to Doug for quick communication as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Was such an amazing stay for a special occasion. Doug definitely is a great communicator and the house was listed exactly for what it was with a beautiful pool safe neighborhood, and great amenities. I will definitely recommend staying here for long weekends.

Host Doug was fantastic, everything from check-in / access through checking in while there. House was fully stocked with all essentials, and located conveniently to strip and attractions. Would highly recommend this home for those traveling to Vegas!

This property was amazing. The host was welcoming and it made our trip to have a pool as well as hot tub. We had a hard time leaving because we enjoyed it so much! Our first time not staying in a casino hotel and we would definitely do it again!

The house was perfect for our family - nice and clean, great amenities and the outdoor area was really nice. Beds were super comfy too! Doug was always responsive and very helpful.

Me and my friends really enjoyed the home. We came in town for a concert and the home was perfect for us! It allowed us to have our own privacy and come together when we wanted to and we enjoyed the little time in the pool! Definitely hope to return….

Anniversary/B-Day/Girls trip

Doug was an excellent host. His property was as described and the house had every thing we needed. The location was perfect and the spa was great. We would stay here again.

Great place

Everything was very clean & was very well stocked. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Would highly recommend. We were in town for a family wedding.

I really enjoyed this home which literally had everything. It was close enough to activities with our rental car. Very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again.

Great rental! Was not here for vacation but for work. Saved time and money staying here rather than the conference venue - and I definitely prefer the convenience of a home to a hotel room. Very well stocked home. Sparkling clean and fully functional pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. Great new kitchen with huge island. Nice open kitchen/living layout for easy socializing. Good WiFi to work from home. Easy and nice host. Close to Vegas strip for entertainment. Would definitely return! Unless you have delivery, you’ll need a car for any groceries or supplies, but more than enough places deliver. Easy and enjoyable rental. Thanks!

Great house anything you needed it was there

This house had every dish plate utensil that you needed spices in the cupboards it was just a great place to be the hot tub was great showers were great I'd rent this
