This ranch style, open floor plan home with glorious outdoor space is perfectly placed 4 miles to zip lining at the Fremont Street Experience and 8 miles to the fountains of Bellagio to afford a great night out and relaxing days at your private pool. I’ve been hosting guests for over 9 years and truly love it. I live next door, so if you need anything during your stay, I'm literally a hollar away. If not, I let you enjoy all this house has to offer.

Please NOTE: This home is fully licensed by the City of Las Vegas as a Legal Short Term Rental. No worries about the authorities closing it down and ruining your vacation plans. Being licensed does come with lodging taxes. Those are included in all quotes. No surprises.

I rent only here on VRBO/Home Away and the other big player. If you see my house/pictures on others sites, it's a scam. Please do not be scammed. .

Amazing Stay

Our family had an amazing week at Doug's place! It has everything you need and it's just a short drive from the strip and hiking\biking areas. We will be back again!

Great location

This property is located in a convenient area of Las Vegas. Allowed for easy access to Fremont or the Strip. Comfortable home with a great backyard & pool. The home offered plenty of space for small or big groups. Would be happy to stay there again.

Family Thanksgiving

Doug's house was perfect for 5 adults. It was very clean and well stocked. We were able to prepare an entire Thanksgiving dinner. The hot tub was appreciated after long active day trips. Location is perfect, off The Strip in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to get to all venues. Doug is quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Beautiful stay off the strip

We wanted a place off the strip, this was perfect. the house is close enough to enjoy what Vegas has to offer but still give you some quite time.

Best Girls Trip EVER!!!

Checking in was a breeze, and our stay was Awsome!!! Anyone looking to rent a house in Vegas should book this one! Close to Fremont and the strip but far enough away to enjoy the company you go with. Pool was amazing and the house and everything it came with was perfect! I’ll definitely book again!!! Thanks for the great stay and memories!!!

Awesome host and stay

One of the best stay experiences I’ve ever had. Doug gave us a friendly welcome along with a great tour of the place. Had all the amenities and more that we wanted. Will definitely be staying again if back in Vegas!

Family Christmas 2024

We had the greatest time here! Doug, our host, welcomed us, gave us the quick rundown, and was always so readily available and quick to respond to any questions we had. This property was very well stocked from the kitchen pantry to the toiletry and linen shelves, and even the closet stocked with puzzles and games! The outdoor area is beautiful. Our little doggy was spoliled with all the outdoor space. And the hot tub was perfect for the chilly winter days.Thank you so much, Doug! You set us up perfectly for our wonderful Christmas getaway!

Appreciate the details

Had a great time at this property. Rarely is the house as described or photographed. This was very accurate, owner was responsive and accommodating. I appreciated the details with little things like multiple chargers by the beds, directions for use on items in the house, clear checkout instructions. Lots of ways to relax in the back yard. I would stay again!

Lucky in Vegas!

This property is beautiful and so clean! Our family really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub. The spacious back yard was perfect for hanging with our friends who were visiting. We spent a lot of time around the huge island sharing meals and laughs. The owner was so helpful and kind. We really lucked out finding this amazing property!

Perfect Vegas getaway

The kids wanted to swim for their spring break so we drove down to the warmer weather and spent a week relaxing at Doug’s place. Everything was fantastic and Doug is one of the best hosts we’ve worked with. Plenty of room in the house for a family of six, tons to do in the backyard and pool, plus super easy 10-15 minute access to Vegas activities.

Awesome, great place.

We had an easy process checking in and communicating with Doug. He is awesome. I was a group of us here for a girls trip, location to the strip and other areas around town is great. Check in and out process went smoothly! Totally recommend this place!

Well worth it!

Super Bowl getaway

Very nice property, very clean and well stocked. Even during the super bowl weekend, we were able to get Ubers within 10 minutes. The backyard would be great if the weather was warmer. Very satisfied.

Perfect family retreat

The house was everything that the description said. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking anything. The back yard was so fun. We loved the different spaces for gathering. The beds were comfortable. We plan to go back. We loved the location and Doug was very helpful.

Boys Weekend Excellent Base Camp

I set up a guys weekend for my brother's 50th, and 6 of us stayed at the house. It was great! Everything worked, everything was as requested. Great location. Will book it again.

EDC weekend

My family and I rented this house for EDC and it was perfect. Very close to a lot of places. Place is overall clean, but some areas were dusty and found a hair on one of the beds. The house was equipped with everything you need, so you’re able to cook. The backyard was also very pretty with a pool and a volleyball court. Overall we enjoyed our stay and perfect for a family and even pets.

Pool/sand volleyball.

This house was great. Bigger than we thought it would be. Nice size pool and had a sand volleyball court. Doug was quick to answer any questions I had for him while we were there. We will definitely stay here again.

I am a displaced mid-western farm boy. After living in San Francisco for 8 years, I moved to Vegas to slow down a bit and bought this house. I did a lot of remodeling and updating...including 100% desert landscaping and solar pool heating. When I outgrew the space I just couldn't part with the house and started vacation renting it in June of 2014. I didn't like the level of service the management company was providing so I took it back and am now managing it myself. I still live in this awesome neighborhood in the house next door.

I look forward to meeting my guests. I do my best to meet you at check in, say thank you person and give you a tour. I now have several return guests who find my hospitality, comforts and location unbeatable.

I am a licensed real estate broker/salesperson in the state of Nevada. If you happen to be thinking about relocating, I'd be happy to help you find the perfect home in Las Vegas.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I call it easy living. I've updated all of the appliances, took down a wall to open the space up and made great improvements in the back yard. The orange turf is actually the same turf used when the Wynn opened to advertise Avenue Q! It's fun and a great way to conserve our precious water in the desert.

My house was always the social house. My friends found it very easy to get to from all over the valley. Fremont street is 4.1 miles and I can get to Caesar's Palace in about 15 minutes...I'll share the back street tricks to save you a bunch of time.

If you are a golfer, the Las Vegas 'Muni' golf course is less than 1/2 mile away.
