Two luxurious beach villas were built directly on the local border between Heringsdorf and Bansin. The houses are located directly on the beach on an ingrown plot of over 3,000 m² with beautiful old trees. It is only a few meters to the sea. The spacious three-room apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the house and is tastefully furnished. Two separate bedrooms and two balconies convince the vacationer looking for peace. A garage parking space for the vehicle and a washing machine within the apartment complete the offer.
Living and cooking
The living room is furnished with a cozy seating area. From here you enter one of the two protected balconies. There is also an integrated kitchenette in the living room, which leaves little to be desired. The separate dining area is next to the beautiful sideboard - all furniture made of real wood. This apartment complex is in an absolute top location on the outskirts of Heringsdorf on Usedom. Shops and cafes are within easy walking distance. Nearby (about 10 minutes walk) is the Bansin pier, about 20 minutes to the Heringsdorf pier, the Schloonsee is diagonally behind the house.

The larger of the two bedrooms has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The floor-to-ceiling windows can be darkened using pleated blinds. In the smaller bedroom there is a single bed, under which an additional mattress can be pulled out. This room is suitable for two children or one adult guest. There is also a wardrobe.

In the spacious daylight bathroom there is a separate washing machine in addition to the shower, sink and toilet. This can be used free of charge.
