This is a new listing, changed to vacation rental with brand new furniture and amenities from 2022.

Free Breakfast at a restaurant located at the property.

Just few min walk from shore path and 4 min drive to Acadia National Park.

All the town's popular restaurants are in walking distance (2Cats, Royal Indian, Everyday Joe's, Havana, Choco-Latte, McKay's Public House, Bar Harbor Lobster Co., Salt & Steel, Cafe This Way, Pat' Pizza, Rias 2nd Act, Peekytoe Provisions, Bar Harbor Cheesecake Company).

The space
Centrally located, Newly renovated apartment, with two beautiful bedrooms (with Queen size beds in each), fully equipped kitchen (intended for guests to cook and serve meals if and when desired :) ) and a cozy lounge area.
Located at the main street of Bar Harbor, its perfect spot for a holiday.

BREAKFAST Details: Free breakfast will be at the restaurant located at this property location. Coffee, one item from the breakfast entre'/sandwich and one side will be provided.

Great Location with Awesome Breakfast Included

Great location, within walking distance to all the restaurants in the downtown waterfront area. Fantastic breakfast included from the restaurant below which was a really nice perk. Enjoyed exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Perfect place for a family of 4.

Location was fantastic in the middle of everything, and parking was great, especially since it was so crowded everywhere else when we were in Bar Harbor. Very much enjoyed the breakfast at Everyday Joe's downstairs. The place was clean and communications with Diwas, the owner, was prompt, courteous and efficient. Had a great stay.

Bat Harbor was awesome!

We had a great stay. The apartment is very conveniently located. Being in town, we were concerned it might be noisy at night, but it wasn’t. Owner was very easy to work with.

Communication was excellent with the owners. The apt. was in a great location within walking distance to everything on Main Street. Breakfast was always delicious in the restaurant below the apt. The apt. was clean and kitchen was well stocked.

Family trip to Bar Harbor

I recently traveled to Bar Harbor with my two college age sons. The condo was in a great location to walk to the shops, restaurants, bay of Bar Harbor and a very short drive to Acadia for hiking. The condo provided parking and had a great free breakfast in the restaurant below. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place with two bedrooms in Bar Habor.

Host: A - excellent communication great recommendations. Check-in and check-out was the easiest I’ve ever experienced.Location: A. Well located right along Main Street with great access to restaurants, shopping, and the Shore Path. Very walkable. The longest walk was to the land bridge. Driving to & from Acadia National Park was very convenient (easy to avoid busy streets).Parking: A. Two reserved spots for each of the adjacent units right next to the outdoor staircase. No safety concerns.Breakfast - A-. A for convenience. B for food consistency, A for coffee. Really easy to order and the staff was aware of the meal policy. Super friendly.Room/Rental - A. Spacious, clean, and open. One TV in the family room area with a comfortable pull-out bed. Both bedrooms were sufficient for our family of four (enough closet space for a 3 day stay). The galley kitchen was good for reheating food and the coffee maker was easy to use. Full size fridge with two ice trays for making/remaking ice. Recommendations - having a keychain with the key would have been a nice add so it doesn’t get lost in bags/pockets.
