The apartment is located in the center of Lucca a few steps from the main attractions of the city. It was completely renovated in 2022 and is located on the first floor of a building in one of the most beautiful and quiet streets of the city, reachable by 7 steps. The rooms are large with a large living room and a large internal courtyard completely at your disposal. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. it is also equipped with a smart TV.

The Neighborhood

The house is located in one of the most fascinating part of Lucca: in the heart of the historical Center, a few meters from the Wall of Lucca and Piazza Napoleone, the apartment is in a perfect position to appreciate the atmosphere of the old town. Surrounded by the magnolia trees of Corso Garibaldi, you will be just a few minutes away from the San Martino cathedral, San Michele's church and from the shops in Via Fillungo. Furthermore, if you want to relax and appreciate the italian coffe and ice-creams, you will find the "Caffè delle Mura" and the "Gelateria Veneta" just a few steps away from home.

-There are many toll parking near apartment (the closer is at 50 meters) the names are: Piazza della Cittadella, Piazza ex-Caserma, Piazzale Verdi, Parcheggio Carducci. The cheapest costs € 8 for 24 hours.

- Tourist tax: €2.5 per person/night max 3 nights (€7.5 per person)

- The use of gas for heating has an additional cost of EUR 1.30 per cubic meter per stay, if used.

The apartment is crystal clean, beautiful, and spacious. It is on a quiet street within the walls and a short walk to anywhere. Luciano was a lovely host who quickly responded to any questions. We would definitely stay in this apartment again if we return to Lucca.

The apartment and host were both excellent. The great location gave us the chance to explore Lucca and enjoy some quiet time in the lovely private courtyard. We would definitely stay again when in Lucca.

Our favorite place to stay in Lucca

We love this place and it was our second time coming. The owner is always there to greet us. It’s immaculate and the beds are comfortable. Our favorite place is the courtyard.

The apartment was perfect

We loved staying here. The location was convenient and the courtyard was the icing on the cake. Our host was very helpful and even helped us get our bags to the train station when we couldn’t get a taxi in the rain. We highly recommend this place.

Great home base!

Clean, tasteful, modern, with ideal location. Perfectly maintained, attentive landlord. We have stayed at many vacation rentals, the property manager and the property are one of the best we have experienced.

A Welcoming Place

The rooms were generously sized, and plentiful, the kitchen well equipped and the terrace lovely. Our host was as generous and welcoming as his apartment. We could not have asked for more.

A Lucca Gem

We loved our stay at Luciano's apartment. The apartment was lovely and spacious and in a great location. The apartment and courtyard were even better than pictured! We enjoyed lounging in the large, private courtyard after a day of sightseeing. Luciano was a wonderful host and it was a pleasure to meet and interact with him. Luciano provides everything you could need for your stay in the apartment and he gave us great recommendations for lucca. I highly recommed this apartment for your Lucca stay. Thanks Luciano:)

This was the Best I have ever stayed at…Ever.

First he greeted us in person. Had welcome snack and beverage. Because it was winter went over heating apparatus. His welcome package had tons of information. The bathroom had great toiletries. The beds were very comfortable even for my 70 year old mother. And my husband loved the current television where we could watch Netflix. The home is current and comfortable. It was centrally located. We loved every minute of our stay.

Family holiday in Lucca

A great apartment right in the heart of Lucca. In the July heat, it was so useful to have such a central location to be able to explore Lucca in manageable chunks and retreat to the apartment to cool down in between. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with a lovely private courtyard garden. Luciano was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early when we arrived and providing information about the local area.Perhaps the addition of air conditioning or a fan in the central living room area would be good for the hottest months as we found the air con from the other rooms didn’t really reach and cool this area down. But we are from Scotland and not used to the heat!!

We felt "at home" as soon as we were warmly greeted upon arrival by Luciano Mariti. It was as if we were guests in his home and felt immediately welcome for this reason. The apartment is spacious. The beds and furniture are comfortable. There is adequate lighting. The apartment is located in a more peaceful part of the historic center and yet in easy walking distance of all parts of the center. The apartment has easy access to the famed wall of Lucca. The garden that is part of the apartment rental is delightful. It is a perfect and private space to relax or have a meal. All in all, this is a delightful place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Lucca.
