This gorgeous three bedroom, three full bath NON-SMOKING condominium features designer furnishings, decor and accessories. The open floor plan offers unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, dining and kitchen areas as well as the Master Bedroom. The other two bedrooms have views of Old River. Get comfy on the large sectional sofa and chairs in the living room, watch movies on the 65 inch LCD television and DVD player. The beautiful dining table seats six, with additional bar stools at the large granite kitchen island and breakfast bar. Mix afternoon cocktails at the mirrored wet bar with its own ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped for a gourmet chef and features state-of-the-art appliances, including a large side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water on the door, fully electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom suite also opens to the large Gulf front balcony. The furniture is elegant, including a king-size,bed, two night tables with lamps, and a 42' LCD TV. The master bath features a huge walk-in closet and double vanity area. Take a bubble bath in the over-sized jetted tub or hop in the separate glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom with its own en-suite bath and separate dressing area, has a queen bed This guest room also has a 32 inch TV and DVD. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, 32' LCD TV, with it's own private full size bathroom. The view from the over-sized Gulf front balcony is incredible .
Have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while watching for the many schools of dolphins swimming by or catch a glimpse of the Blue Angels zooming by during their practice sessions. Look to the left and see the Alabama Pass where the fishing boats go out every morning and glance to the right to see the soft white sands of Orange Beach.
