Spacious 2 Bed/1 Bath Basement Getaway - Sleeps 6

Secluded High End Neighborhood. Beautiful apartment with private entrance, high ceilings and full size windows! All new furniture and furnishings. 72" tv in Living Room (new, not pictured yet). Each bedroom has a Queen bed and the larger bedroom has a tv. Two fold away twin beds, not cots, they're real twin size, are available as well. Majestic views of the mountains from the many walking trails just behind property and plenty of shopping and restaurants within a 5 min drive.

Perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean, beautiful decor and Kristin and her husband were very kind and helpful. The pool was a nice surprise and the kids loved it!!

Kristin was a great host! Super communicative and helpful - even offered us an early check-in if we needed it! Her rental was clean, comfortable and spacious, exactly as noted in the listing. It's a little far from downtown SLC, but was a great location for a concert at the nearby amphitheater. Will absolutely keep in mind for future visits! Very appreciative of your hospitality and hosting, Kristin!

Spacious

This VRBO is spacious and located in an area with easy access to shopping. Quiet neighborhood and hosts are pleasant. Cleaning in general could be better and more thorough. Kitchen is stocked with bare minimums.

Very clean and was everything we expected!

Overall quite impressed with the cleanliness and order of the place. Beds were comfy, kitchen was great. Host had good communication. Was a very nice place to stay and plan on doing so again in the future!

Gorgeous, family friendly and comfortable.

We will absolutely book this home again next time we visit Utah! My two young children, wife and myself had plenty of room to stretch and chill after a jam packed weekend. I would rate the master bed 10/10, best nights rest we’ve had in a while. Thanks again!

West Jordan stay

The house/apartment are located in a quiet residential area but has easy access to retail outlets, such as grocery, restaurants and shops. Noise from home occupants upstairs was minimal. The fireplace was very nice as the evenings were still chilly in early April. Kitchen was nicely appointed, linens in bathroom were plentiful and having laundry available allowed me to pack lightly, knowing I could wash and dry clothes mid-trip

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood in a quiet suburb. A nice and safe neighborhood you can take a walk in. Larger than it looks in pics. Tons of extra towels and bedding, plush and super cozy linens. Soft, warm beds. We loved the "fireplace". We really appreciated the coffee and cocoa left for us. A great place for a family to stay. Lots of extra room in the living and dining area. I was there with my brother for our mom's sudden passing and funeral. Upon departure, Kristin (the host) gave me a little gift that turned out to be extraordinarily special. This is a lovely home and host, and I highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable

This apartment was exactly what we needed for our party of 4 during our ski/snowboarding trip in March 2025. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-furnished, and the desk in the larger bedroom was perfect for the times we needed to work remotely. Having a washer/dryer unit in the bathroom was super convenient. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. This is a basement apartment, but the "daylight" window wells let in quite a bit of light so we didn't actually feel like we were in a basement. There is a family living in the unit above so at times we could hear footsteps overhead but it was generally not an issue. Unit was very clean and decorated nicely. Recommend!

West Jordan Wedding Accommodations

This property was exactly as described online. Kristin (the host) was very accommodating during check-in, throughout our stay, and upon check out. I rated four stars only because we have a one year old granddaughter and the carpets needed cleaning from normal use. Had there been hard surfaces everywhere it would have been immaculate. The neighborhood was upscale and quiet, and Kristin's husband got up early to salt the steps for us so we didn't fall. Overall our stay was everything I hoped it would be and I will be booking this accommodation on our (very near) next trip to West Jordan.
