Excellent

We had an amazing stay. Everything was so easy from the communication with our host to the Check in and Check out. Very clean and well kept up property. We even had a chance to see some wildlife right outside with three bear visitors.

Great location, close to everything, but quiet!

We loved the location and mostly everything concerning the house, I will have to agree the beds are too firm, but we managed with a mattress pad.

Good Location

I stayed here for a week in October 2024 with my family (kids from 18 mos to 14 y.o.). It was very easy to find, maybe a mile off the Parkway, on the opposite side from The Island. Its a good central location for Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Wears Valley, Townsend, etc. The rental itself was good. Two bedrooms, one bath, galley kitchen, washer and dryer. I am sure we saved a lot of money not having to eat out for every meal. Publix is nearby on the Parkway, and Kroger is on Wears Valley Rd just a little bit further up the road. Everything was very clean and all in good working order. It made it easy to just concentrate on doing the things we wanted to do on vacation without having to worry about the accomodations.

Great location to everything. Quiet neighborhood, looks like bear problems getting in trash cans outside. Beds was not very clean is the only issue I had.

Family Vacation Spot

We stayed at this rental 2 years in a row. We are a family of 5 and it suited us just fine both times we stayed here. I liked that it’s a ranch style floor plan and that there’s no hot tub or sauna. We have small children, so I wanted to make sure they were safe. Also, it’s very close to the main attraction area in Pigeon Forge.

Very Enjoyable Stay

My husband and I decided to take a “spur of the moment” trip to Pigeon Forge over the 4th of July. I found this great little gem on VRBO with great reviews and it did not disappoint. Michael was very helpful and super nice. The duplex was very clean and was as listed. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!!

The Perfect Getaway

Pigeon Forge Smoky Mountain Get Away

We had a wonderful stay at the VRBO and the owner was extremely helpful communicated promptly to our questions. Having the washer and dryer was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable too. We would share this rental with others traveling there.

Excellent stay

The property was beautiful the host was great and kept in touch throughout our stay. Pictures on site does not do the property justice. It was spacious and cozy.

Great Location

This place was located perfectly! 5 minutes from everything on Pigeon Forge. Plenty of space for our family of five! The property was very clean. Checking in was as easy as it has ever been, and the area it is located is very safe. No bears!! However, the beds are very firm. To firm for my wife and I, and for this reason alone will not stay here in the future. Many people love firm beds and if that’s you then great. But if firm is not your style then you may want to rethink this rental. It wasn’t easy for us to get a good nights sleep. That’s really the only problem we had other than there not being any mixing bowls which was a very easy fix. All in all it was great for the week.

Great Place!

Check in is simple. Received email from owner with door pin. Showed up and went right in. Place had some amenities to get by for one night which is more than some places. Location was great. Off the strip to avoid all the traffic. Close to almost everything in the forge. Definitely recommend. Price was half of most other places and half of a hotel. Was a no brainer. Owner was courteous and responds to ensure everything is fine with the stay. No in person encounter to deal with. Definitely recommend this property.

Great Place in Great Location

The host communicated clearly before arrival. Check-in was easy, and everything was exactly as described. This duplex is in a great location close by to everything in Pigeon Forge yet private and quiet. There were no complicated instructions of things to do before leaving, which was nice. Would definitely stay again on a future visit!
