Beach House in waterfront gated community w/ salt water pool

Owners love and use the house personally, but since they can't visit every week they share their slice of coastal Delaware with guests.

Angola by the Bay is an amenity rich neighborhood; kayak launch, fishing and crabbing piers, walking trails, salt water pool (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend), playground, basketball, bocce, tennis/pickle ball courts. The walking trails can be accessed right from the private backyard; walk to the marina in less than 10 minutes or walk to the pool / playground / sports courts in under 2 minutes.

This is a single level home, but does have three exterior steps to the entry. When you enter the home you will be welcomed to a large open living space with blue vaulted ceilings. The small kitchen with stainless steel appliances is stocked with essentials and is adjacent to the dining space and main living room with large sectional and 55" TV. At the back of the house is an additional seating area, the master bedroom with a king canopy bed and master bathroom with shower. The front of the house has a full bathroom with bathtub and shower combo, laundry closet, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, while the other has two sets of bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds. The backyard has a fire pit and you will have access to the storage box of outdoor games (bocce set, horseshoes, basketballs, etc).

Please bring your own beach and bath towels. Bed linens are available for an additional fee of $105. This optional fee will include sheets, pillowcases, and a blanket for each bed and the beds will be made up for your arrival. Please include a note if you would like to add this to your stay. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome for an additional $100 pet fee per stay.

There are cameras on both the front exterior door and back exterior door of the house for security. There are no interior cameras.
