Relax with family and friends at this peaceful Fort Lauderdale beach retreat featuring **two separate homes on one property**, directly across the street from the ocean. There is no need to drive or search for beach parking—simply cross the street and enjoy the sand and water.

Together, the two homes offer **6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 12 guests**, making the property ideal for large families, multiple generations, or groups who want to stay together while still having privacy.

The **main home** includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

* Master bedroom with 1 king bed and in suite bathroom
* Bedroom 2 with 1 queen bed and in suite bathroom
* Bedroom 3 with 1 queen bed and jack and jill bathroom
* Bedroom 4 with 2 twin beds

The **second home** includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

* Bedroom 1 with 1 queen bed and in suite bathroom

Overall, this is good place to stay and so convenient to the beach and other activities in the area. The beds are comfortable but the living room furniture is a bit outdated. Unfortunately the pool was not filled all the way so it stayed sandy because the skimmer couldn't do its job. We were excited about the shuffle board table in the listing but that is no longer there. WiFi in the smaller house isn't great. Communication with Mirtha was very timely and she took care of any concerns we had quickly. Thanks for a fun vacation!

awesome ocean view

This is the second year we have stayed at this home. There are many great features, but for us the most perfect is the expansive, uninterrupted view of the ocean from the living area, as well as the outside seating area of the house. The owners were great, accommodated our requests, and are constantly updating furnishings in the house.

Owner cancelled on me as she told me just hours before check in that the pool was not heated. This left my entire family and friends including 5 children without a place to stay when we got off the plane. VRBO was unable to find us another place so we had to get a flight home and cancelled our vacation. Absolute disaster do not book.

Eric was never our guest, he was informed that pool heater was not working hours before check in, got upset He called me "Fraud " he took different actions for him and his family by himself, I am sorry he reacted like this way, but we thank you for his review.

Perfect Location

My group had a great time staying at this property and everything was as advertised! It is situated directly across the street from the beach and the views were phenomenal. The house itself was clean, spacious, and provided plenty of sleeping space for our large group. It was very easy to get to and from downtown via Uber. The location couldn't have been better for everything that my group was there to do. Mirtha was extremely easy to deal with and communicated with me constantly both before and during our stay. All in all is was great weekend and I would definitely rent this house (or any other property) from Mirtha again.

This property was great in terms of location and layout! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone in our group. The property was clean for the most part - we did have some stains on our sheets and there was sand in the pool. There were also a few roaches in the smaller home (something that is probably expected in Florida). Remote controls were missing for the TV in the main bedroom. I normally wouldn’t care but the instructions in the home mention extra charges if any linens are stained and if there is any sand in the pool or if any TV settings are changed. Host is very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately there was a problem with check-in as we still had not received check-in instructions until about 1 hour prior to check-in. I had messaged the host in the morning about this and tried calling an hour before we checked in but no answer. We ended up calling support thinking this was a wash but the host did finally answer so everything was OK - just stressful. There was also a leak under the sink which again no big deal but we were told someone would be over within a timeframe and they never came. The shuffle board is also missing.Overall the property was very beautiful and right on the beach. It took us no time to get to the main strip down the road with all the restaurants and shopping.

Thank you very much for your review and comments, I will make sure this will be corrected, sheets were brand new , I don't know how stains were in them. Check in is 4 pm I could not confirm house was ready until it was, as we had back to back guest, I am happy Kayla was able to check in 2 hours before our regular schedule. Very good guests follow home instructions .Thank you

The house listing does not match what's in the house. The second smells like mold and half my family left sick. The host denied the smell and tried to address with a humidifier. The host showed up at the house unannounced. There was poop from some creature left on windows.

Andi did not follow the house rules and instructions ,outside garbage left open Maggotts all over inside the cans, inside the house , sofás dirty, refrigirator full of food Sheets wet in urine , more garbage, i have never seen my house treated like this since I started vacation rentals on 2005 , took me two days to repair and clean the house , we will not welcome her stay anymore.

Excellent location, really pleasant and clean rooms. Mirtha is incredibly helpful.

The house was clean, very comfortable, and pleasant. GREAT LOCATION within walking distance to the beach, it’s right in front of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stays and definitely we will return next year. Mirtha is always ready to response to our needs, she is incredibly helpful to us.

Location amazing

Directly across the street from the beach. Very spacious but Not really equipped for 16 people as advertised. Didn’t find the linen closet until we were leaving. Grill didn’t work. Several electrical outlets didn’t work. Overall worked well for our family vacation.

Beautiful house with views beyond compare

the place is stunning. Will love to stay again. Unbelievable location and even though on busy road the house was extremely private.

Simply Amazing Location! Incredible View!

Could not have been a better location on beach! House is perfect for several families. Having the second house was a great bonus. Our week was not typical as beach was closed second day we were there due to pandemic. The front lawn and patio was perfect for everyone to hang out and play games. Pool isn’t huge but worked. Not being able to go anywhere I couldn’t imagine a better place to be for the week. Few maintenance issues, but Mirtha was great and it was taken care of promptly. We can’t wait to go back when this is all over!

Perfect place for a beach break

Great location across from the beach in. A residential area. So convenient. Good kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, washer and dryer. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas. Beautiful view of the ocean. Two house on the property, a 2 bedroom and a 4 bedroom house. My adult children were able to spread out and not be on top of each other. Nits to pick: Two zone AC in the big house is nice, but the front of the house never cooled properly. The pool is very small. Other than that, the place was great and we’d stay there again.

Our hero....

Thanks to Mirtha and her beautiful property for saving our family vacation. We arrived in Florida to find out our plans for the week where cancelled and we had to scramble to find a place to stay for 8 adults and a infant. We reached out to Mirtha and she was so accommodating and understanding of our situation. We have really enjoyed this week here and will most do finally come back again. Superbowl Weekend

Great Location on the beach. Plenty of room. Very fair price for the value. Minor maintenance issues that we didn't feel the need to bother the owner with. Would definitely rent again.

For the location and space

House is located in a great spot with water views. Nice walkability. House itself is basic but the views make up for it. Mirtha was great to work with and very responsive. The rooms, space, and layout of the house worked for our party. Yard and pool area were great for kids as it was completely fenced in.

Great Location for a family vacation!

We all loved the location and watching the sunrise every morning! Birch Park is close and offers many things to do! There are many places within walking distance to enjoy something to eat. The beach being right across the street was great as we all loved spending time sunning and swimming! The house was the perfect spot for us and we would love to visit it again!

Great Place

Had the whole family there for a week 63 years old to 4 month old . Had a great time ! It’s a great location and the owners made sure everything was good to go ! Definitely recommend!

Great trip

Great houses, fantastic location. Only complaint were minor inconveniences. Owners would be well advised to have more items to make the stay better. Gas for the bbq, shampoo, basic cooking items and spices, wine opener, etc. There is absolutely NOTHING except for dishes, utensils and pots/pans. But overall a really nice place and fantastic location.

Lovely Time

View from the living room is wonderful. Beds comfortable. Pool was a little small as was the kitchen considering the number of beds in the compound. Owner was very responsive to our slight issues. Walking 100 yards to the beach was great. Sunrises spectacular. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks!

Beautiful home and beautiful beach. Wonderful stay

Our families loves the spacious home and the beautiful view of the ocean right inside the home. The cottage next to the house was delightful. Loved that the property had gates area the entire property and around the pool. Mirtha was easy to contact and quick to reply
