Spectacular!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to Indian Shores! Our CONDO was absolutely amazing!!!! Beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The baloney with the corner view was so enjoyable. Will definitely be back!!!!!

Great Location & View

This condo was perfect for our family. The location was wonderful and had everything we needed. The pool was great too and there was a good restaurant right across the street. The only problem was parking a 2nd car. There was definitely not enough guest parking.

Perfect

Perfect condo and location. Loved everything about it and hated to leave. Spent lots of time on the very nice sized balcony in the morning and after the beach. Pool overlooks the Gulf view. Had everything we needed to cook most meals in due to Covid. Appreciated being able to use the extra chairs and floats available. Would definitely come back!

Great week at the beach!

We have 2 children under 2 and this condo was perfect! Oceanfront with a huge balcony! Beaches were clean, gorgeous and calm for a toddler to splash around in. Because the beach was so convenient we did not use the pool, but it appeared well kept as well! The condo, though older, was clean (just some dust and crumbs under couches)and had so many beach chairs, umbrellas, even a tent and toys! We would love to come back!

Beautiful Unit with Gorgeous Views

We recently stayed in your unit and wanted to share our positive experience. We were so impressed with all the amenities provided – it truly had everything we could possibly need, and we especially appreciated the crock pot!The unit was impeccably clean and very well maintained. We found the beds to be comfortable, and the rooms offered ample storage space for our belongings. The wraparound balcony was a wonderful place to relax, and there was plenty of seating for us to enjoy meals outside.We also noticed that the pool area, grills, and walkway were spotless. The pool's location was fantastic, offering a great view of the ocean.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this unit again for future trips.

Family beach vacation

We really like the newly updated Condo. This unit has everything you need for a seamless beach vacation. Very close to restaurants and bars. Very clean. Also centrally located if you wanted to go into Clearwater or St. Pete. The only possible issue was the comfort of the new couches and kitchen chairs. However for the amount of time we spent in the condo this was not a huge issue. Overall we would continue to rent this unit.

Plenty of room in the condo. Loved not having to mess with keys for the condo, pool/hot tub area and beach. We took advantage of the wrap around balcony every morning and night, great views. 3 bedrooms but we only used 2. Beds were very comfy. Located right on the beach which wasn't very crowded. We took advantage of the beach chairs/mat that were in the box on the balcony. We also rented 2 lay down beach chairs and umbrella for the week from local company. Restaurant right across the street has very good food and weekend entertainment. Would definitely stay here again. Only had 3 issues, one of the two elevators was out of order the entire week, (supposedly waiting for parts, not condo owners fault), makeup mirror in king bathroom is worn out and won't stay up, needs replaced, and we never got the dishwasher to work right but may have just been operator error? We also liked having assigned parking space with the spot for this condo being under the building out of the sun. They also have a line of luggage/grocery carts by the elevator to help getting your stuff upstairs. We used the hot tub by pool every day, but the switch for bubbles is on the other side of the pool, didn't realize it until we saw someone else hit it. Pool and hot tub also can't be used until 9:30 am because pool guy cleans and sanitized both first thing every morning. Beach is nice and you can walk out into water quite a ways. Another plus was being dog friendly, thank you. Would definitely stay here again

Great location

This was a great condo for our girls week. The corner balcony was nice and had a huge deck box with chairs, sand toys, etc. Wifi is terrible. We were frequently kicked off just sitting in the living. Wifi didn't reach the bedrooms next to the front door. We cooked most of the week due to covid, the knives should be replaced. There was a nice selection of pots/pants to use and utensils so cooking in was easy. It's nice that Dawn, cascade and handsoaps in the bathroom were provided. We just needed to buy one for the kitchen. Beware that the room with 2 beds are single beds. I missed that. Would be great for kids, not so much for 2 adults. Overall we had a great vaca.

Beautiful beach and view from condo

The condo was nice. It was clean and well furnished/stocked. The condo was quiet - we rarely heard others around us. We appreciate the additional beach towels, chairs, and games in the condo. It also had beach toys and a tent that we didn't use, but how convenient. The view was amazing! We enjoyed the numerous chairs on the balcony. We were surprised there was not a dedicated walkway across the dunes to the beach - this could be tough for anyone physically challenged or carrying all their families chairs, bags, cooler, etc. The king bed was comfortable. The bunk in guest room was so-so - maybe ok for small kids, but not for our older teen/adult children. When I initially booked in early 2024, the picture showed 2 twin beds (not a bunk). I think it may have been in the midst of a remodel; pics have since been updated/corrected. The parking for this unit was stressful to me. We drove a full size truck and the parking deck was tight. We did appreciate the covered and assigned parking spot though. We had 2 cars for our family. Guest parking was scarce but later in the week we were able to secure a guest spot. This was our first trip to Indian Shores. Overall we felt that dining was limited and most things we wanted to do was a little further away. We liked Coco's restaurant. We tried going to Salt Rock, but it was always packed. Walked across the road to Caddy's and was not impressed. But the area is beautiful and not too congested/crowded as other touristy beaches.

A good experience

The property is fine, needs a little updating. Would be nice have a door code instead of keys. The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic. When you are at the beach, all that is needed is a place to sleep. This unit Is set up well for families. The pool was great, the grounds are clean. The management company was good to work with. Issues that I had got resolved and were handled quickly.

Relaxing area, low traffic, perfect beach, awesome place

Indian shores is one of our favorites. Building 2 is better than 1 and this room has a large wrap around balcony with plenty of beach toys and floats, chairs and extras! We also purchased a bunt pan and added to the kitchen so we could make monkey bread!

The swimming pool was very cold. I spoke with the maintenance man and

And he told me he was not allowed to turn on the heat. Everyone was complaining. You should not advertise a heated pool if you will not turn it on. We will not be back!

Great rental

This condo is well maintained, immaculate and pet friendly. It is tastefully decorated with a fantastic view. In addition, it is centrally located to meet all your needs. I would recommend renting this condo without hesitation.
