Breathtaking gulf/sunset views. Watch dolphins + manatees play from the balcony
Come enjoy unit 2502 in Sandcastle II. It's time to relax in this beautiful & spacious 1200 sq ft, 3BR/2BA condo directly on the gulf with unobstructed views. It is in one of the most popular condo complexes on the beaches. Updated fully stocked kitchen w granite countertops and all new appliances, including a dishwasher. Also provided is equipment to use at beachside grill. Not in the mood to cook, no problem! Steps from the front door is a local favorite hang out with live music, Caddy's the Pub Restaurant. There are also other places to choose from within walking distance.
The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan with a private beautifully tiled bath. There is plenty of storage in the dressers and closets to unpack. You can hear the waves while you are in bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed (2 twin beds), perfect for the kids. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a view of the intercoastal waterway. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV and ceiling fan. A must have amenity is a new water softener. There is free Wi/fi and cable TV, DVD players, Wii, movies, books and games! There is also a designated covered parking spot under the building.
The balcony is oversized, directly overlooking the beachfront pool, beach and Gulf. Balcony access and gulf views from master and LR. There are 2 overhead fans on the balcony to keep you cool. The Gulf is so close you can watch dolphins playing. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while strolling down the beach looking for shells. Imagine lounging on the sugar white sand beach or sunning poolside with your favorite book. Then enjoy an evening cocktail watching breathtaking sunsets on your private balcony.
The building has 2 upgraded elevators (10/2021), a heated pool and hot tub. 2 new beachside grills free for your use and carts for your luggage and groceries. Island Marine Rental is across the street for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, boats, mopeds, fishing gear etc. There are cabanas and chairs available to rent on the beach directly behind the condo. There is trolley service up and down Gulf Blvd to help you get around.

We had a wonderful stay at this Florida beach condo. It was spacious, very clean and beautifully designed. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay so comfortable and convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we all slept great. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and one of our favorite parts of the stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommended it!

This property was exceptional in every aspect! Very clean, perfect location for beach AND pool view. Watched dolphins in the morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening and enjoyed the pool and beach in between. Hosts Valerie and Reece have gone above and beyond with the extra beach towels, chairs, canopy, fishing poles, floats, and toys for the kiddos - along with staples (and more) in the kitchen and baths. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful birthday/retirement celebration getaway! I have Absolutely no complaints - and not even a suggestion to better this VRBO. It was perfect!

The condo was great for our family very spacious and comfortable. Location was great. Only down side was the lack of beach chairs. There were 3 adult size and 2 child size camp chairs. Not ideal for the beach or comfort or for a family with teens. Other than that everything was great!

Hi Kara, Thank you for letting me know about the beach chairs I try to keep up with supplying 6-8 chairs, however, they frequently get damaged, rusted or thrown away. I will certainly replenish. Glad you had a great week.

We enjoyed the stay and ease of getting to places. We did run out of toilet paper and paper towels and had to make a trip to buy some. Really appreciated having a washer and dryer for the convenience!!We were unsure if we could go in either pool or hot tub??

I am so glad you and your guests enjoyed yourself. We typically only provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and some other necessity items to hold you over till you get to the store.
Each Sandcastle building is it's separate entity so we cannot share the pool and spa.

We had wonderful vacation. We loved the location. We especially ejoyed watching the dolphin and sunsets from the balcony. The property is very well maintained. The condo has everything you need and more. The host was very prompt to respond to any questions.

Great week in sunny Florida!
We loved our stay. Condo had a great beach view and easy access to beach, pool, and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for food prep. Looking forward to our stay again next year!

Indian Shores
Great location. Beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were great. Accommodations were very comfortable.

Perfect space, awesome views, everything we needed.
Very much enjoyed our stay. Specious bedrooms, games and entertainment, right on the beach. Loved morning walks to local coffee shops and the pool/hot tub were a plus.

Beautiful Condo
We loved everything about the condo! Great location, well stocked, and Val is the nicest person we’ve ever rented from! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. Highly recommend, thanks for everything!

There was lots of beach and pool toys supplied, which was great with our 3 yr old. Seven of us stayed and we were all very comfortable. Very clean, well kept place!

Great Beachfront Location
My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this condo in Sandcastle III. First time we've been to Indian Shores area. We enjoyed the convenience of this location and the beach access and rental chairs available were both great. Caddy's is right across the beach!

Beautiful condo w view
Great stay! Condo is nicely furnished, very clean, comfortable beds and furniture and all you could want in the kitchen. Pools and hot tubs are clean and we’re not that crowded when we were there. Beach is soft white sand and literally out of the door. Highly recommend

Very beautiful property. Perfect location. Host was very good and responsive Also felt safe there
Only one comment is parking is limited but that was not anyone’s fault. I would go back again

Beautiful condo with everything you need!
Awesome condo with beautiful views! The condo was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our family of 8. We really enjoyed having all the beach toys to use! Will definitely stay here again!

Summer vacation
Great condo excellent view, everything we needed. Only negative was on renters before us leaving all of the beach chairs toys etc covered with sand. Would also like to have known about thermostat not being able to be set below 72. Would definitely stay again

Hi Shawn. Thank you for your thoughtful review. The same on the beach items is an ongoing issue even though I have the request written in the binder to please rinse of chairs. There are even 2 rinse stations between the beach and the elevators. If thermostats are set
Lower the unit freezes. Common issue in this intense heat. That is why I provide fans for my guests who like it colder and have thermal
Drapes to use when sun is setting. I would love to host you again!

The previous owner has kept up this property to perfection. It is newly updated with granite counter tops and new baths. The beds are very comfortable and supplied with luxury linens.

I fell in love with this condo because compared to others I looked at it is nice and close to the water. You are close enough to dolphin watch. It is nicely decorated and has every supply you may want; Including beach toys and games for the family. The outside grill area is lovely and is beach and pool side. I love to sit by the pool and still be able to see the gulf. The balcony is larger than most and a unique feature is the master bedroom also has balcony access with gulf views. Imagine on cool nights sleeping with the sliders open listening to the surf. Need I say more!
