This custom built home is only 15 minutes to O’Hara in a beautiful stunning neighborhood sitting on a one acre of pristine property with very short walking distance to 7-Eleven,shopping. , grocery store and TopGolf all at the end of the street. Amazing lush surroundings outside allowing you to find true tranquility for family gatherings or weddings. Also available right outside your doors walking areas around the neighborhood pound that are breathtaking with amazing architecture of the homes in the area . The property has plenty of safe private parking comes with two grills and a outside industrial fan for the hot humid days.

This holiday home features 4 specious bedrooms, a huge state of the arts kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 4 bathrooms with a spa bath. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The holiday home has a terrace with beautiful private backyard allowing guests to feel comfortable and secure.

Wow an excellent home and experience

This home was clean, comfortable, spacious and inviting. Michael met us to provide key and a review of all the home offered. Spacious pantry and kitchen had everything we needed for entertaining. The large dining table and comfy couches were perfect for enjoying the football game Everone complimented the home’s beauty and lovely backyard setting. Would highly recommend and we will be back. Thank you!

A lot of space

Very convenient close to airport and places to eat and shop. Plenty of room in the home. Well supplied. The bathrooms could use some updating. Had a nice stay and Mike was very nice.

Great Family Venue

We had unexpected changes last minute for Thanksgiving and our Host was so great and accommodating. The space was roomy and beautiful with the rooms flowing into each other so little groups of people could talk and nosh and enjoy the food and company. The light coming in from the windows and the backyard is a little piece of nature to enjoy. At our request, our wonderful host even snuck in to start a fire for us in the firepit, making it even more homey. My husband, myself, my sister, and my elderly parents stayed overnight and were very comfortable with lots of room. We got SO many compliments on finding this location and recommend this to anyone wanting to have a cozy gathering with family. Also very close to highways and shopping if needed. we had a GREAT holiday weekend here!!

Great house in a great locations. Beautiful backyard with ample room and swing set for the kids. The rooms are big with very comfortable beds. Love the house.

Great house for groups

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very spacious. Perfect for a group of friends. The house was also well stocked and had fresh towels and linens waiting for us. Great outdoor patio with fire pit that we enjoyed every night. Mike was very helpful. Was there bright and early each day bringing fire wood. He also let us borrow a bunch of chairs to take to the bears game. Tv worked off satellite and was not easy to use. I recommend bringing a fire stick if you plan to be in the house a lot. Overall great experience.

Great for a family vacation!

Our family had a wonderful experience! Fantastic location - safe and quiet neighborhood (feels very tucked away, we saw deer in the backyard and took peaceful walk/run around the area), close enough to walk to a restaurants/7-11, and close to the highway to travel in to the city! Great communication from Michael, very responsive. Layout was great for 3 families with spacious rooms, private bathrooms, and open layout. Very pleased with our visit!

Perfect home

It was a perfect location and plenty of space for family of 8 plus visiting friends. Mike was a great host and we got to enjoy some firewood he had set up for us to have a fire. Highly recommend! The description says 4 bathrooms and there are 3 bathrooms…the only discrepancy.

Nice place for a family event.

This was a nice place to stay for a family event. So much better than several hotel rooms. Nice yard, huge house, lots of elbow room. Beautiful master bedroom.

Super place

Stayed for a long weekend for a wedding. House was perfect for getting ready for heading out to events. Hosted a family gathering for brunch and nice kitchen, dining area and large backyard turned out to be better than expected for a place to relax, enjoy food and play in the yard. Michael was a super host.

Low key hangout near Chicago.

The property is in mostly great shape. The host - Mike - owns the place and is extremely helpful. We had a large group for a fantasy football draft. There's plenty of parking for 5+ vehicles, though it's single vehicle width at the exit of the driveway. The outdoor space is fantastic and surprisingly secluded considering the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the house has surround sound wired up throughout, and checking in and out were zero hassle.

Beautiful Home In A Beautiful Setting

We could not have a found a more beautiful home with a the most friendly host. This home is in a beautiful secluded neighbor giving you privacy while still being centrally located minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment attractions. Our host, Mike, greeted us upon arrival and is available to answer any of your questions. The house is very well stocked and ready for you to relax. The beautiful back yard had a play set and which my grandchildren enjoyed hours of fun.

my family & i stayed here and the house was perfect for our needs! the host could not have been anymore accommodating! he even came & cut wood for the fire pit (who does that?) we highly recommend staying here and we certainly will again if were ever back in the area!

Perfect for our needs

Had whole family stay for a wedding. Host was great. Property very nice for kids and entertaining. Would stay there again if need arises. Mike was very hospitable and accommodating. Our grandkids enjoyed the yard and play area while we lounged on the patio connecting with friends and family!
