Perfect home for us in all respects! The location was perfect for us, as my husband was working at Memorial Hospital for a couple of weeks. The home was clean, comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed our coffee in the back and loved the patio in the front! It was very private. Paul was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him.

This was a great location. The host was fabulous and answered our questions in a reasonable amount of time. It was truly a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed .The outdoor areas were charming and overall, the place was exactly as stated and pictured.I would definately recommend this place and host.

This was a great spot to stay with our family. The kitchen was extremely well equipped (much better than most places we've stayed). They also had an amazing assortment of toys and board games available.

House was very clean and well stocked. The sunroom bedroom is actually a pull out couch which I may have missed in the house details description. Otherwise it was a comfortable one night stay.

A real home away from home. We were visiting Yakima to visit my sister and her family. This house was two stoplights up the hill from her house. Barely visible from the busy street due to landscaping that provides privacy for a front yard patio, once in the gate and through the front door the home is private, quiet, nicely furnished and decorated with the personal and practical, with a large private nicely landscaped backyard. One wouldn’t know they were on a busy street in central Yakima. The house is well appointed with all the home and kitchen tools to ensure an easy stay.On this trip, we have stayed in three different vacation rentals in the Pacific Northwest; this is by far my favorite, the most comfortable, and one I looked forward to returning to to be able to relax at the end of busy days.Thank you, Paul and Kristie for sharing your home with us.
