The house is newly remodeled and accommodated hotel style but with the house basic necessities to make your stay as if you were at home. It has a master bedroom and two other bedrooms one with a queen bed and the smallest bedroom has a sofa bed for another person looking for privacy. Has one bathroom and a large kitchen with all the utensil to cook.

The host was very quick to respond to questions and everything was taken care of to have a great stay. I appreciated the little coffee station in the kitchen and the locking gate to park behind for added safety. The house was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything was clean when arrived. The hostess was great to communicate with. The only thing is in the hallway area leading to the back bedroom would put a warning sign for the small little drop done edge.

This place was super cutie! The host left cute little reminder notes all over the house and checkout instructions were super easy and clear. The place was well cleaned and we had all of the things that we needed. It was a bit on the pricier end that I would pay for one night but we also booked extremely last minute so I would not fault them for that, especially when it was more affordable than most others available. The rooms are a little quirky but they’ve made the best of the space and there was space for five of us to stay comfortably. The yard is cute and well maintained and provided a nice little safe haven from the “special” Yakima vibe lol. Overall we enjoyed our night staying here!

Nice Place

The host was responsive and the place was nicely remodeled. It worked well for us to hang out with friends for the evening. The home was stocked well and had everything we needed.

Great little house

We had a great experience! House was clean and had everything we needed. Host let us check in earlier upon request! The AC kept it nice and cool. We had dinner outside and enjoyed the house as well. Beds were comfy!

Working trip

Owner was great. We had a skunk spray the area and the owner took immediate action to do what he could to get the smell out. Property has lots of parking area and the gate / fence adds security and seclusion from the neighbors. Overall a pleasant stay.

Excellent proximity to the greenway

We had a good time at this VRBO. Joe was very kind and friendly. The home has no closets and that was just tricky because we were going to a wedding and placement of the “good clothes” gave us a puzzle to solve. Would come back!

This house was super cute and fit our needs well. The homeowner did a good job making the home secure, however the neighborhood leaves something to be desired.

Nice, clean place to stay

It was a nicely, updated house. Nice yard, fenced in and gated. Nice, clean place. Great convince to have full size washer & dryer. Location was convenient to everywhere. Close to my family. The neighbors were a little noisy, but quieted down in the evening. We would stay here again.
