This beloved property has been in our family for generations. Located in a quaint residential neighborhood that is perfect for walking, this home will have you close to the beach and shopping areas. With beautiful water views, this property has easy accessibility to Martha's Vineyard. Enjoy the property's full kitchen and outdoor, fenced-in area. There is a newly installed (2024) gate to ensure a fully fenced-in area, perfect for canine guests.

Charming Cottage

Your cottage is charming. The location was perfect for a relaxing vacation on the Cape. I loved the daily walls with my dog along the walking paths around Great Pond. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your family cottage. Thank you!

Cutest cottage and amazing location!

Super adorable cottage. The location is amazing with water views and walk paths. Close vicinity to downtown Falmouth w restaurants and shopping. Julie and Bob are amazing and responsive hosts.

Cozy and comfortable

This little cottage in Teaticket had it all! It was a clean and well-stocked property with everything we needed, including beach chairs. It’s close to the beach, a nice bay view with swimming, and not far from all the action in downtown Falmouth. We loved the nearby walking trail (as did our dog) and sitting out in the yard. The owners thought of everything to make it a pleasant vacation.

Still making memories in Maravista

We’ve been coming to Falmouth for 30 plus years, we especially love Maravista. This year didn’t disappoint! The house was great, we hope to make it back next year during the same week as it will be our 35th anniversary!

Great location

Great place to stay for families. Close to great pond and nice walking path. Washer and dryer onsite were a great benefit.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at this Cape Cod gem. Morning walks with the pup, exploring the area, grilling out for dinner…. perfect long weekend getaway. Great home, great location and dog friendly! Perfection ❤️ We will definitely return!

Would stay here again!

This was perfect for our dog, since the yard was completely fenced in. The property was quiet and a very short walk from a beach. We had a few questions during our stay, and Julie promptly handled all of them.

Sisters Trip to Cape Cod

This beautiful property in East Falmouth was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was awesome, and we had a view of Great Pond from the front window. This location is close to everything – ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, charming downtown east Falmouth, etc.… We loved our trip and we loved staying in this lovely cottage.

Heaven on Earth

What a delightful place. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house is homey, clean and comfortable. The walking trail by the pond is nice, and we enjoyed having breakfast on the patio while listening to the birds. It was early in the season so the gardens were not yet blooming, but must be absolutely gorgeous when they do. The owner was very attentive and made sure our experience was positive. Given the opportunity, we would love to have stayed longer.

A good visit

I was visiting family who live @5 minutes away from this property. I awoke, showered & immediately went to the family house for breakfast. I ate all 3 meals at the family house so I really only slept & showered at the rental house. I did use the washer/dryer, which worked fine. Shower has good pressure. I slept fine.

Very nice & relaxing

This was a great location for a stay while taking in the sights. I wish there had been a gat on the backside of the property so that it was completely fenced in for our fur child. However we managed.

A nice little gem

Overall it was great. Very clean and updated. Very quiet neighborhood with a wonderful walking path in the area. Only drawback for those with a dog, the property was not completely fenced in, only partially.

Adorable, well kept cottage in amazing location. Kitchen had everything you need, very easy access to stores and restaurants. Property manager very responsive Loved walks with our pup near great pond We want to return next year! Perfect!

Beautiful property in an amazing location!

We had an amazing stay at Paysons Place! The property is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood right next to Great Bay. We spent our days out on my boat fishing, swimming and exploring MV and the Elizabeth’s, then walked our lab on the path along the bay every night after dinner. Julie was quick to respond to any messages, and the place was clean and well-maintained. 5/5 all day long!

Great stay

This place was clean and homey. It had everything one needed for a comfortable stay. The location is terrific, especially with our dog. Fenced in yard and nearby access to a nice walking trail along the pond is outstanding. Especially quiet neighborhood. Owner is fine to deal with, responding right away to any questions. Highly recommended.
