Summer house that has it all. It is a great home for a family or friends getaway. It sits on a 1/2 acre lot with an in-ground heated pool and outdoor shower. It features a spacious entertainment area, high end finishes and tons of privacy.

Everything in town and the ocean are within 2 miles. Ponquogue Beach is dedicated to the residents of Hampton Bays (and you!). Close to parks, tennis courts, bars/restaurants, shopping (including Tanger outlets), public transportation including the LIRR and Hampton Jitney, antique shops, fishing, and a short drive to other Hamptons. South Fork wineries are less than 10 miles away!

The main space features beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The entire house has newly installed central air and bright beachy decor. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a new dishwasher and a high-chair to accommodate feedings for smaller babies. Cutlery, dishes, cups, pots and pans are all available for your cooking needs. Laundry area is on the first floor. Large master suite with a private bathroom and king bed. Two bedrooms with a queen bed. And a fourth bedroom with a triple bunk bed. The seating area in the dining room contains a pull out sofa which can comfortably sleep another 2 adults. There is also a playpen/pack n play for the babies to nap or play! The basement is newly finished and a great place for the kids to play with plenty of toys and games down there. There is also an additional tv down in the basement.

The rear of the house is situated on a street, walking distance to the Shinnecock Bay where you can drop in your own kayak or paddle board and enjoy the calm waters of the bay. There's also a propane gas BBQ, outdoor dining set and wood burning fire pit. There is a large playground for the children, with the coolest clubhouse in town and the best tree swing, which keeps kids entertained for hours. What is a beach house without a hammock?! We have a hammock for you to lay on and relax. The front porch has two rocking chairs and a comfortable swing where you can have endless time to kick-back and relax. The large yard is perfect for family BBQs and games with ample outdoor furniture.

Pool is open from approx May 1st until approx September 20th. Daily rental charges are based on pool accessibility during the season. All outdoor amenities are set up for this time period. Please inquire for specific details.
