Walking distance to downtown! Enjoy a stay for up to 6 guests in this newly built home. The space is private from the main road, and comes with all necessities: a full kitchen, ample parking, outdoor seating and barbecue, + coffee & treats! There is a noise monitor both inside and outside of the home, which does not record voices, but decibles to deter partying.

This was a great home for us to stay in with our family of 4. House was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Very peaceful area in the trees just above downtown Nevada City.

This house has everything….perfect layout..plenty of space…space for mat workouts, quick walk to downtown Nevada City, quiet and friendly neighborhood, comfy beds, tub and a walk in shower, back-up power generator, comfy couch, warm blankets….only thing it needs is a coat rack at the entrance (looks like there used to be one there)..helpful during the cold rainy months. Highly recommend booking this space for your next trip to Nevada City.

Came for the Fair and had a great stay here. Walkable to downtown Nevada City and easy access from the highway. We enjoyed the quiet as well here. This worked great for our family

Perfect stay

Home is beautiful, very comfortable, and very well stocked. Great location close to town. Was the perfect spot for my mom, sister, and me to get away together.

Well appointed Vacation Home

Our stay was very comfortable. This home was very well appointed too. It was wonderfully quiet, feeling like we were in the woods, but a few minutes walk from town.

Stayed at this lovely home for the Nevada City Victorian Christmas week and to celebrate and anniversary. The home is very cute, very comfortable, very private and secluded feeling even though it’s in a neighborhood youare surrounded by trees and it’s far enough off the road that it’s very quiet. It was a short and easy walk to downtown to shops and restaurants. great location for local sightseeing, hiking, etc not only for Nevada City but also nearby Grass Valley as well. Good base location to explore the surrounding area. The house was adorable, very well maintained, comfortable and nicely stocked with all we needed for a great stay! Check in was easy, communication with host was fast when we needed to and we overall enjoyed our stay. Would come back for sure!
