Luxury oceanfront retreat with amazing sunrise views over the Atlantic
Sea-Esta offers a luxury beachside retreat with picturesque sunrises over the horizon of the Atlantic Ocean. You will be amazed at the vast ocean and beach views from the relaxing beach front veranda, grill side veranda and many other vantage points from inside of the home. This luxury appointed 4 bedroom, one level condo, comfortably sleeps 8 guests. We welcome you to enjoy the luxurious comforts of our home and the beauty of St. Simons Island. There is no other place like Sea-Esta!
THE SPACE
Although all the living space is one level, there are either steps or an elevator from the garage level.
Bedrooms:
• The King’s Suite (sleeps 2) is located ocean side with access to the covered veranda. The King Suite has a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV, en-suite bath with separate soaking garden tub, separate shower, double vanity and walk in closet. Calming ocean views.
• Guest Suite is located midway down the hall with a King bed (sleeps 2), TV and adjoining bathroom with combo tub/shower, single vanity and walk in closet.
• Guest Suite 2 offers a King bed (sleeps 2), flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom with shower and walk-in closet.
• Last but not least, the Twin room with 2 single beds (sleeps 2), and a flat screen TV. There is also a desk for the working remotely.
Our covered side veranda near the kitchen is its own oasis with ceiling fans, a grill serviced by natural gas and sink.
The indoor kitchen has ample storage, double oven, 4-burner natural gas stove with center grill plate, Keurig Duo coffee maker and all the kitchen utinsels needed to make a gourmet meal.
There is a half bath conveniently located off the kitchen, dining and living areas.
The beach access is just a few steps from the home's entrance. Although this home is ocean front, please note that the public beach access can be tide dependent. High tide occurs twice over a 24 hour period. During those times, you can enjoy the private deck or sandy play area in front of the home and keep the sunbathing going, or slip inside to get ready for a night out.
It is just a short walk to the King and Prince Hotel, where you can enjoy the Echo Restaurant and Bar, an ocean front destination you will be sure to visit. We are not part of the King and Prince Hotel, so the pool is not for public use or part of our amenities offered.
Undoubtedly you will spend evenings in the St. Simons Village area. It is the social hub of the island with our popular fishing pier, lighthouse, numerous shops and restaurants. During the summer months, be sure to visit ocean front Neptune Park Fun Zone which offers a playground, 18-hole miniature golf course, swimming pool with zero-entry access, water gym and lap lanes.
A starter supply of products are provided. These are intended to get you started, but may not last the duration of your stay. Plan to stop by the store before checking in, for longer stays.

There is not a local service provider and elevator repairs are will be scheduled according to the third party vendor. Property manager is not licensed to maintain or repair elevator issues.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
