A lovely place. Plenty of room for our family of 10 which included 4 children under 5. I loved walking in and seeing the ocean. There was always some beach even when the tide was in.

We have loved vacationing in this condo for two years. Spacious, clean and right on the beach. Ryan, the property manager, is quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We had family members with delayed flights and he worked with us on our check out time. He also moved our things into the garage when a downpour happened after I had taken everything downstairs. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic vacation property

We loved the Hightide penthouse and it was the perfect choice for our family. The views and breezes from the huge spacious deck were amazing, and the beds were so comfortable!

This is a great place to stay at Saint Simons. It is large and beautifully decorated. The balcony is amazing with comfortable rocking chairs and a dining area AND the best views! The property manager was very helpful both before and during our trip. We will definitely stay here again!

The best beach stay

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo is a great size and location is unbeatable. Being able to walk out to the beach and walk into town, highly recommend! The kitchen was well equipped with various pots, pans, plenty of plates, etc. and lots of beach chairs and towels avaliable for use. We would stay here again, everyone in our group loved it!

Best views on the island

Great location for a quick spring get away. Beautiful views and the condo was spotless. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay there again.
