Our lovely vacation home is ready for any season but summer is the star of this outstanding vacation home.Make your forever memories with a big lawn for outdoor games, a playground, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious overnight accommodations. We even supply toys and board games to play with, and five TV’s for cozy viewing of your favorite shows and movies. We are now accepting reservations for Summer 2025 with a one week minimum rental. Our spacious home sleeps up to 20 with 7 bedrooms and 5 baths. Escape to our vacation home just over an hour from Chicago. Just minutes from downtown Chicago is our large vacation home named Dunehaven. This four season retreat nestles amidst towering pines just steps from the world's largest freshwater sand dunes located in Warren Dunes State Park, Sawyer, Michigan. The lovely white sands and family friendly waters of Lake Michigan are a short walk from our vacation home. Gather your family together to experience the best that Pure Michigan has to offer with fun activities nearby, quaint towns, and a lovely home for a night time retreat.

Walk out the backyard right into the park and an adventure awaits in all four seasons. Cross country ski amidst moonlit skies, hike along a forest path, or enjoy the many shops, wineries, breweries and restaurants around and along Red Arrow Highway. Gather around the outdoor fire pit after an exhilarating hike through the woods.
At night, enjoy a movie on one of our five large TV screens with Streaming services and DVD players or watch a sporting event on TV. Free internet/wifi keep you connected to the outside world. In the surrounding area known as Harbor Country in southwest Michigan, enjoy shopping at boutiques, unique home furnishings stores, art galleries and antique shops along Red Arrow Highway. Wineries, breweries and distilleries are just minutes away from our Sawyer, Michigan home

This spacious home, known as Dunehaven, with over 5,400 square feet will pamper you and your family with quality furnishings, large screened porch, beds to sleep 20, a stone fireplace, a gourmet kitchen,plus a kitchen in the lower level, and all the fun of Harbor Country along Lake Michigan just 20 minutes from the Indiana border.

Enjoy the white sand beaches, fruit stands, fishing, 9 nearby wineries and 3 microbreweries within a 20 minute drive, pick your own blueberry patch, amusement park (with go karts and mini golf)golfing, bicycle trails and the antiques and unique shopping along Red Arrow Highway.
