Enjoy access to a refreshing community outdoor pool - it's heated, so no matter when you are visiting, it will be available for you. There is also a poolside pool spa to relax in.

Back home, the private screened-in balcony with sensational, sweeping views allows you to take in the marvelous views without moving an inch from your vacation rental. The open floor plan boasts a convenient and large couch and huge TV to enjoy, a well-appointed kitchen with all major appliances, and a dining area with a six-person dining table (there are two extra dining chairs right next to it).

The main bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a lovely view, balcony access, and a workstation. There are clever sleeping options in the second bedroom with two queen beds.

'10/6 Hot Tub update: Unfortunately, a leak was recently detected in the hot tub; therefore, it will remain closed until further notice. The repairs are currently scheduled to begin on October 11th. The pool is expected to remain open during the repairs.''8/18 Update: The pool area has officially reopened! Also, the elevator repairs have been completed and inspected!'

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
