Our stay was wonderful. The condo was exactly as pictured with breathtaking sunset views. The host was very responsive as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely highly recommend!

This condo was perfect! They had anything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay at this condo again! Pool was also very nice. Plenty of chairs in pool area and outside bathrooms were very convenient.

This unit was beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything you need for a family vacation! The view is incredible. The host is extremely responsive and easy to work with. I would 100% stay here again!

The location is perfect… the building is in excellent condition. This unit is comfortable and very well equipped and has extremely comfortable beds!! The updates are gorgeous!!!

Absolutely perfect! Comfy beds, room for all on the patio, everything works and a beautiful home. An added bonus was the countertop ice maker! We will definitely be back and sincerely thank you for sharing your beautiful space.

This was hands down the best vacation rental properties we’ve stayed in. What was especially refreshing is that we never felt pressured to leave a review—it made us want to write one even more!The check-in process with Paula was seamless, and the condo was beautifully updated, clean, and spacious enough for our family of five (two adults and three teenagers). One of our favorite features was the large, oversized balcony. Our kids could choose between the immaculate pool and the beach while we relaxed on the balcony and still kept an eye on them.The only feedback from our teenagers was that they wished the condo was a little closer to John’s Pass (about a 30 minute walk) for ice cream, shopping, and water sports. That said, it was an easy drive and certainly not a dealbreaker.If you’re looking for a family friendly property on a quieter stretch of beach, yet still close enough to enjoy everything the area has to offer, Seaview 303 is an outstanding choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Everything about this vacation was amazing! Perfect location, well stocked kitchen, all the beach things you need, and the communication with Ms. Paula was perfect. Hope we are able to stay again next year!

Beautiful unit, beautiful view! We have stayed here multiple times and love the updates to the condo. It is well stocked - beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, games and every applicance you could need. Very clean and welcoming. We will be back next year.

Seaview Condominium Complex is the best. We have stayed numerous times including several times in this unit. Great location, clean, love the balcony.

Perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful time! Everything we needed was at the condo and it was so nice and roomy. The beach, the pool, the water, and the variety of nearby restaurants made for a perfect week’s vacation!
