Sporting a comfortable living room, a spacious and modern kitchen, and perks like a washer/dryer and balcony, this condo is a true gem. After a full day on the beach or spent taking advantage of the onsite amenities, relax and unwind in the comfort of the condo. At night, sleep well in the two bedrooms, both of which have a TV.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets. It has an assortment of shops and restaurants for guests to enjoy. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife.

Beach chairs, towels, cart, and other gear are provided.
The complex will be undergoing construction on the pool, balconies, and roof from mid-February to mid-June. Construction noise and disruptions will be present during work days.

Dock details:

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summer beach trip

It started off a little rocky, but the property owner did everything possible to make it better. The property owner was very quick to respond and personally made sure everything went smoothly and it ended up being an excellent experience.

Stay with kids

Nice, Quiet Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here and have already booked a return trip for next year in the same condo. D4 was great although there could have been some more beach/dish towels available to use, but other than that no complaints. The walk to the beach was easy and it was great to come back and swim in the shaded pool (by late afternoon). Wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again.

Quiet Waters lives up its name

A very lovely property. Just what we needed, quiet and peaceful. It's great to have a place to stay without late night parties. All of the residents were friendly and helpful. Loved our stay.

Great Experience

Really like everything about this experience except we were not told the elevator was out of order. 4 flights of stairs was not good on me or my wife. We both have respiratory issues. We know they just went through 2 hurricanes but it would have been nice to be told.

Nice spot with a good location, great access to the beech and docks. Only issue was the elevator is pretty sketchy and sometimes doesn’t respond. Would gladly stay here again!

Peaceful Vacation

The stay at Quiet Waters was a perfect vacation. The unit was just as the photos showed. Decor was perfect and every item needed was provided. Just bring your food and bathing suits. We enjoyed sunrise each morning and watching yachts cruise by. The two minute walk across the street to the white sandy beach was nice!! Since there are smaller condominiums and several homes at Indian Shores Beach…is not too crowded. Loved using the pool and hot tub. Will bring a fishing rod to use on the dock next time. Although, a short walk to Caddy’s restaurant provided the best seafood and view available. We look forward to returning.

Great location and view:)

Definitely great location to restaurants, bars and bakery etc…beautiful view from the porch every morning for coffee, loved the amenities ( especially beach chairs, umbrella and mire), washed all clothes before returning home because of the laundry units in the space. I can go on and on. One small con, wish there was better outdoor furniture out on the porch. But, again I loved it and would go back:)

Great Getaway Condo

This condo provided an excellent experience with its roomy and spacious bedrooms, it was well-furnished with cozy beds and comfy living room furniture. Wifi and cable services were included, and it was conveniently located within a short walking distance from the beach. Additionally, they offered a cart, chairs, and beach towels for guests to use. The kitchen was fully equipped, ensuring everything you needed was available. However, it's worth noting that the patio door required extra attention to ensure it stayed closed when shutting it due to a broken mechanism.

Nice place

Very clean and great amenities. Just may want to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels.. 6 guests are allowed but only had 5 bath towels, but we were able to use one of the beach towels so it worked out. The was a bin with plenty of extra hand towels and wash cloths.. plenty items to take to the beach which the entrance is across the street to the left. Look for the sign on the small walkway access that says the name of the complex.

A bit of construction noise…

Many units and common areas are under construction, so there is currently a lot of noise during the week. Otherwise, this is a great condo. Plenty of room, nice updates, convenient location, great views of the intercostal waters. I’m sure it’s very quiet when there isn’t construction. Lots of items in the closet to use at the beach: 6 chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys, floats for the beach or pool. The only two items I would have liked would be patio furniture on the balcony and a full-length mirror.

2 Months at Quiet Waters

Apartment was nice size and fairly well equipped. There was only one set of sheets so I had to strip the bed, wash and put back on. Elevator wasn’t working when I arrived in January 1; had not been working since Dec 24th. Finally repaired on January 3. Had to pay people $100 to unload my car and carry my belongings up 5 flights of steps. Management company changed the Lock code on my door on January 31 without specifically telling me they were going to do so. Came home the evening of January 31 and learned my code didn’t work to enter the apt. I remembered seeing an email welcoming me to the apartment in February. I had emailed to tell them I had rented for 2 months and they responded that they new that and was not a problem. So I pulled up the email and found the new code. I was not told at the time I rented that they would be redoing the balconies. Every week day morning work started with loud drilling or sanding the month of February. The noise was so loud that I couldn’t stay in the apartment during the week day. On the day I was departing the elevator was broken again. I had to pay another $100 to have people carry my belongings down 5 flights of steps to load my car. I would think I deserve some payment for all the problems I experienced during my stay at Quiet Waters

AMAZING FAMILY VACATION CONDO!

Okay so you are probably looking for a great vacation spot for your family and came down to the reviews for this condo, give me three minutes of your time: First of all: THE CLEANLINESS! Our family is probably beyond picky with hotels and vacation homes being nice and tidy, and I personally am a huge arachnophobic (as I say: if there is a spider, the spot isn’t cleaned often enough). But this condo was VERY well taken care of, and SO sparkly clean when we arrived— not a single spider or insect in sight (I’m one of those that look for them, just to make sure). Housekeepers do an amazing job cleaning after every guest’s stay as every detail was accounted for, and we found out exterminators come every month. We had a slight problem with opening our electronic lock at check-in, so we contacted Vacasa and they fixed our problem very quickly. They also came to check everything constantly throughout our stay, which made us feel NOT forgotten and cared for! :) The pool and jacuzzi are open as of this review, as I know there were other reviews saying otherwise as they were in different times. Perfect temperature pool. Nice, hot, and bubbly jacuzzi. Beautiful spot in the backyard with the harbor in the background (beautiful and relaxing view from the private dock). We had lots of fun! Beach is a 3 min walk, very close by (just crossing the street) and you get a private access to the beach. I will add (in case this is new information for you) that this specific beach area is not crowded like other public beaches, and it doesn’t get too deep in certain areas even if you go out far from the coast (water went up to our hips). We especially liked this for our family, and if you have little ones they will have a blast! When you come back from the beach to the building, there are about 3 areas to wash sand off, also super helpful. There are many stores close by, like a mini food mart which is very helpful as it has almost everything you may need (5 minutes walking, 1 minute by car), a VERY tasty please-try-it ice cream spot called Lulu’s (next door to the mini food mart), and things to do like mini golf or walk around the neighborhood (very relaxing and safe as there are literally two lanes on each side for bikers and people to walk on). I would recommend researching this little community, it’s quite nice and cozy, we loved it, you’ll find many things there! Make sure to read all the amenities as I can say they are all true and were very helpful (we found they had things others lacked). Last thing to note, we met the building president and saw him many times throughout our stay, and he is such a friendly guy, we could tell he cares about his guests! Hope you get to meet him. Yay, you got to the end of my post! Kinda long…but it’s just cause we loved it!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property was phenomenal in every way. The beach was just across the street with a private access. Everything was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The balcony provided a wonderful view of dolphins in the intercostal waterway. There were beach items available for use. I can’t think of anything that would’ve made it better. My family had a wonderful stay and would rent again if available on our future returns to this area.

Great location

This location is across from the beach. It is roomy and has everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. The unit is well taken care of and has great views. I would stay here again!

Very nice place.

We enjoyed our stay. It had all the beach stuff we needed including a beach wagon. We loved the showers. Lots of space. We had two options for coffee. We like the coffee pot, but the option of pods was available. We will be back. Thank you!

Quiet Waters - NOT

The property was good. The property was under construction and should not have been rented out.The noise level was unbearable . We were told the construction would be completed before our stay.The property management was extremely difficult to work with.Vacasa agents were difficult to reach and work with. We stayed 1 night of a 3 day rental .

Nice quiet property

The unit was very nice. Decent view. Small quiet building with friendly people. Great location. Beach access right across the street. Unit was missing a can opener but we improvised (yay google). Picture shows two comfy chairs on porch but one was broken. There were additional hard plastic chairs but would be nice if there had been two comfy ones. The balcony is great and where I wanted to be the most. Management company was Teeming VR when I made the reservation but they were acquired by VACASA before we checked in. We did not need management while in the unit but on the way to the airport we realized we left something behind. We immediately called, spoke to someone that assured us they were on it. We have called, emailed and texted both companies numerous times and have still not gotten a response and it’s now been 5 days. Unacceptable. There was a note in the condo listing the name and phone number of the cleaning person, which we did not need but now I really wish I would have kept as I’m sure reaching out to them directly (why can’t the management company do this??) would be more efficient. The note also stated that tips for the cleaning person were welcomed. I personally found this odd since I’m already paying a cleaning fee and never see this person nor use there services while there. TL:DR - great place, would stay again. Management company is sub par.

Great location and property

The property was in a great location and right across the street from the beach. The pool and other amenities were very nice. I do wish we could have checked in early given the property appeared to have already been cleaned. This was also the first time I have stayed at a property that charged the cleaning fee, but also had rules that the beach towels needed to be washed and dried before departure. Overall, this was a great property that we very much enjoyed and would certainly book again in the future.
