4 Private bedrooms, including a FIRST FLOOR Master with King bed and en suite bathroom. 3 upstairs bedrooms furnished with queen beds, a pull out sofa, plenty of comfortable couch space to relax, and an air mattress available on request!

Granddaughter birthday

We were in Albuquerque for the birthday of our four-year-old granddaughter and our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the location of the home. It was very clean and well put together. Thank you for prvoviding our family a nice home to stay in.

Whelan Birthday Celebration

It was wonderful. This property was walking distance to our daughter’s house. We were celebrating my husband’s 80th birthday. This gave us a place where my husband and I, our eldest daughter and our son could stay that was walking distance to our daughter’s home!

Great house and location!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was convenient to nearby shopping and dining. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We liked the open space and comfort of the house. It worked out great for having family visitors throughout our stay. Check In/Out was easy. The Host is friendly and responsive. Highly Recommend.

Homey Stay

Where to begin...This place was perfect for our needs. Several couples and individuals (total of 9) with another 8 family members and friends joining a long overdue family reunion. Conveniently located, close to shops, grocers, and eating establishments. I guessed the location was close to a family home. And it was just a couple turns and about 1.5 miles. This may not be typical, but well suited for our reunion. We had fun and pleasantly surprised looking at the availability of cook ware and table settings. All in attendance commented on the spaciousness and availability of amenities. The view was just a bit underwhelming. The removal of a dead tree would open the valley a bit more (located just past the fence), and the build-up of homes blocked the beautiful Sandia Mountains, (sad, but unavoidable). This is my first ever rental of this type. It will not be my last.

Great Albuquerque location

Perfect for small twice yearly small board two day meeting. All had own space and food could all be brought in. Very convenient/clean/great views/location.

Board Meeting

This was a perfect location for a volunteer organization yearly board meeting. Plenty of space for business meetings. Great kitchen for meals. And everyone had their own room in the evening. Lovely view from back porch.

Great family gathering place

We had a very nice 4 night stay and had family come down from Farmington. We all had our own rooms for privacy but also had relaxing social areas. We especially enjoyed the back patio each evening.

Excellent home!

This home is excellent for families that have young children. There are smart TVs and games for all ages. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was also excellent. Everything we did was just a short drive away. The upstairs tub is very slippery. There's a mat under the sink but we didn't know this right away. Overall, this was a great vacation home for a week.

Great house!

We loved staying at this well equipped house. There was plenty of room and it was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great House, Great Location

The house was just as advertised, clean and easy to use. The in house coffee was much appreciated especially after a delayed flight / late arrival. Highly recommended!

Birthday Fun in Albuquerque NM

Enjoyed the space and the amenities. The house was well stocked and the linens were new and fresh. We also enjoyed the back patio in the evening. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with.

Well Appointed Property

This is probably the best managed VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was organized with lots of thought and consideration. It’s in a great part of town and easy to access. Very comfortable and a great trip.
