Great place! It’s humid this week and the house was pretty warm (and we are from AZ). Opened the windows at night and they had fans and a portable AC which really helped. The host Victor was very nice and quick to respond. Fun games and close to the beach and restaurant! Great little trip!

Loved the location of the property. Short walk to the beach and a handful of eateries. Property provided all you will need for your stay. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Glad we found this little gem for the week. The washer and dryer was a great amenity so you can pack light.

Great location

We had a great time at the beach at this house. It was an awesome house that was clean and exactly what we needed to enjoy some time at the beach in Ventura.

Great spot

Was a perfect place to stay while visiting friends living in Ventura. The walk to the beach is legit 1 minute and the restaurant 300ft from the apartment was hopping.

It was perfect! We are planning on making this an annual trip for my daughter’s family from New Hampshire. My daughter was raised in The Pierpont community and it was wonderful to share it with her husband and my grandsons.

Cute beach cottage!

We stayed three days and two nights. Very clean property and very quiet despite its location across from a restaurant parking lot. It is just down the lane from the sand which is a clean and safe beach area. Owner was very responsive. Cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing few days away from home.

Nice rental for a small family close to beach.

We had a really nice 3 days at this property. Property was clean and neat. King size beds were very spacious. Beach was a 1 min walk from the property.

Great stay by the beach

This was a great spot for my son, his friend and me to stay for the week while they surfed and I worked. It has all the basics plus laundry. Vic is very responsive. The location is so close to the beach.

Cool Pad Near the Beach

It's modern and you can walk to the beach and restaurants. It was comfortable also. They only negative was the front bedroom is very hot.

Great sopt

Loved everything about this place. Location, size ease of check in were all wonderfully. Only thing that needs work is the cleanliness, there was a previous guest cream left under the bed and the couch has a stains it. I would still stay here again though.

Great location

My teen kids enjoyed the home and how close to the beach it was. Liked the proximity to a good selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and freeway. We enjoyed some lively sunsets at the beach and we lived the fact that the area was very family friendly. We took a short ride to Santa Barbara one day and spent the day antique and thrift shopping. Overall had a very relaxing week.

Immaculate

The very small accommodations go a very long way. For the instructions as you hit the front door to the very kind thoughtfulness of beach chairs…I sincerely appreciate every little detail that was thought of while staying here. I highly recommend this listing…you won’t find a better host period!

Stay at the green wall

We enjoyed our stay at the Green Haven Beach House. It was located with short walks to the beach and the shops and restaurants one block away on Seaward. The two king-sized beds were very comfortable and the sofa in the living room served well for our fourth guest. The owner responded well both before our stay and during, when we noticed a leak in the shower head and sluggishness in the toilet flush. This is just our opinion, but we think the living room would be enhanced by removing the artificial green wall and other artificial plants, but understand that those are in keeping with the Greenhaven name. The air conditioner and column fan kept the space comfortable in the heat of the day. The handyman should also secure the toilet paper holder to the wall and repair the bi-fold door in the one bedroom, which were both loose when we arrived. It was an excellent stay, but if we return, we would explore the other half of the duplex that has a large patio with grill and fire ring, we understand. The lack of an outdoor space, except the small table and chairs by the entrance, was unfortunate. Thanks for a great place to stay so close to the beach and restaurants… and the frozen yogurt stand!

Amazing experience! The beach is literally just down the street from the house, we walked there every morning and night. Very convenient location with lots of restaurants within walking distance and downtown is just a couple minutes drive away. The host was amazing, always checking in with us and seeing if we needed anything. Provided boogie boards, beach chairs, even tooth brushes! 10/10 would recommend

Perfect Location!

This apartment was wonderful for a mid-week, November escape. The apartment is clean & well-appointed; exactly as it appeared in the photos. It's steps to the sand AND to several restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful, and was nearly deserted in November. We can't wait to return!
