We throughly enjoyed our stay… especially loved the neighborhood. Only a short walk to the beach! The house was clean, pet friendly, well stocked!

The house is very comfortable and hospitable. The yard is great and made it fun to eat outside. The game room was fun and of course the short walk to the beach makes it all the more inviting!

Great stay! The location near the beach can't be beat. The space is very thoughtfully designed with the main cottage, two outdoor dining options, and the game room/laundry room. We appreciated having beach towels/toys included! Our host was very prompt with communication.

Our stay fell significantly short of expectations, especially given that we booked this property for our wedding weekend. The listing describes the home as “Brand New Remodeled,” but the property appeared old and poorly maintained.We encountered numerous cleanliness issues: strong body-odor smells in the bedding in both bedrooms, a pungent odor throughout the home, visibly dirty floors, and a dirty measuring cup in the kitchen. We also discovered old, wet laundry left in the washing machine when checking out.Maintenance issues included a toilet that was difficult to flush, extremely poor shower pressure, and a towel hook that fell out. The front door window was covered only by a wreath, offering very little privacy from the street.Checkout instructions were also inconsistent. Vrbo listed 11 a.m. checkout, but the host messaged us that morning requiring departure by 10 a.m.The condition of the home was concerning enough that a bridesmaid arranged alternative hotel accommodations for us, resulting in additional expenses and disruption during our wedding weekend.We attempted to resolve things directly and requested a refund, which the host declined. He subsequently characterized our request as “blackmail” and falsely claimed we had requested an additional night. He offered us another night; we never accepted or responded to that offer.The condition of the property did not match its description. We would encourage future guests to consider these issues before booking.

Host was welcoming to us and our two pups! The place had basic essentials needed. Beds are comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The community is dog friendly. Great places to eat near by. The beach is breathtaking. I hope to visit again soon. Thank you for our anniversary memories & wine!

Great location

We loved the location to the beach and restaurants(walking 5 min ) clean and plenty of room for my little family! Loved the garage play area, laundry area! Perfect beach home cottage.

Awesome place to stay!!

This darling house was clean and decorated very beachy, farmhouse😀. It’s so close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The hosts are very accommodating and there is everything you need in this well stocked house. We would definitely stay there again!!

Perfect stay steps away from beach

Had a great 3 night stay. Perfect location, cute house, comfortable beds and well appointed. Wonderful to be steps away from the beach. Lots of games and two bikes to use. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location for family beach getaway

This property was perfect for a short family getaway. Walkable to the beach and had everything you need for a day at the beach (wagon, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards...) and a lot on site to keep the little ones entertained. There's a grocery store very close by and it's a short drive to the Harbor where there's a good selection of restaurants and treats. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, convenient, close to the beach

This was a great spot to stay as a family with teenagers. It was a quick walk to the beach and our kids loved surfing the big waves with the boogeyboard. Very clean property that was close to Ventura restaurants and attractions as well. As a bonus, the ferry to Channel Islands National Park is less than 10 minutes away.

Cute little beach house

Super cute and cozy little beach cottage. The game room was a plus with lots of games to choose from and a ton of helpful items to bring to the beach. Great location, just off the freeway, beach access and a short drive to the harbor. Perfect for our quick weekend trip!
