Enjoy the entire house and a bonus game room that sleeps two off the main house. Full kitchen and dining room for meals. Bathroom has double showers & vanity. Private backyard with patio, grill, fire pit and hot tub. Game room has a desk, 75" TV, ping pong table, dart board, board games and 2 XL twin day beds.
You are a 22 minute drive to West Point and centrally located to Patterson, Fishkill, Warwick and Wallkill.

Super clean and comfy. It had everything we needed for a long weekend. The kitchen was completely stocked and I easily cooked multiple meals over the weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, with all the amenities including a hot tub, game room and fire pit. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. House was close to all, very convenient. Only mention was TV had difficulty connecting but the host was very quick to respond to help. We’ll definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice home and property that worked out perfectly for our family of 5. We have 2 older boys who stayed in the game room and they loved having their own space. It was nice having all the pans, etc we needed for some cooking along with having the grill to use. The hot tub was really nice and relaxing to use after a long day. Checking in was simple and the host was very easy to reach when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The pride of windl

Choosing this location was hands down one of the best decisions i ever made in my life. Close to trails, close to shopping, close to major landmarks, the central location of the property.l was perfect for our itinerary. The property was goeorgous and inviting, with every day being serenaded by the songs of birds. Amenities were the best ever! The owners were very pleasant and understanding as well. Top notch! Will stay again in the future!

If Near Newburgh - this is the place.

We had a great stay here. Ed was a really communicative host and the place is perfectly situated if you need to be near the area. The house felt like it had had been completely redone and we had a group of guys - so the guest house area with ping pong table and the like was amazing. If we had stayed longer, I'm sure the outdoor firepit would have been a bonus. Highly recommend.

Will Be Back!

The house is immaculate, well-designed, comfortable and fully-stocked. My friend and I needed a place to stay for 3 nights while we attended a workshop. This was a great find. We go to the workshop each year. We look forward to returning to the Hudson Hideaway.

Weekend near West Point

Our weekend stay was to bagpipe a military tattoo at West Point. The house was great. Clean, easy to get to, easy access and great communication from the owner. Road noise was a little loud on whatever that main road is (trucks, etc) but not burdensome. Would stay again and would recommend. Thank you for making it available!

Great Stay

We enjoyed this house alot! Close to West Point, updated, and well stocked in the things you needed. The hosts were very responsive as well. The only think I wish I knew is that the game room is separate from the actual house- it’s where a detached garage would be. I was a little nervous with my kiddo who wanted to sleep in there where the extra beds are, and no bathroom there either.

Very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood

My family stayed here for weekend while visiting our son at West Point and it worked out great. The house was approx 20 minutes from WP for other families that may be visiting their son/daughter. The house looked like it was recently built or remodeled so it was in great shape. We didn't have much time to enjoy the back yard, but it was very nice and the game room located in the second house was a fun addition. With six people in our group, an extra bathroom would have been helpful, but the property was listed as having one bathroom so I was very aware of this. I'd highly recommend staying at this property.

Wonderful Getaway!

We enjoyed staying at this property. Ed was excellent in communicating & generous allowing a late check out. The house, game room, & back yard are clean and well done. Excellent patio; nice having a hot tub; the bathroom is an awesome design with 2 sinks & two showers. Wish there was one more bathroom. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The quality of towels, linens, blankets is great. Love that the owner supplies pools towels; awesome having the backyard with privacy fence; place is on a quiet road; not the best neighborhood but never felt unsafe. The game room is awesome with darts, ping pong & fuse ball; also some games on sight. Highly recommend this cottage. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Ed for a wonderful getaway! We appreciate you & your cottage.

We stayed here for a few days with my wife and our kids, and we absolutely loved it! The house has everything you might need for a comfortable stay — a fully equipped kitchen, a great outdoor grill, an amazing fire pit area, and a fantastic outdoor jacuzzi. There’s also a separate game house with ping pong, darts, and foosball — all in perfect condition. You can tell this home was built with care and attention to detail — everything feels thoughtfully designed and well maintained.The location is also perfect — within a 30-minute drive there are plenty of attractions and beautiful places to explore. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space. We had an amazing time and would love to come back!

It was a beautiful place to stay. The bathroom was my husbands and my favorite spot it was huge and they had two sinks which was great! The cottage was super clean, and very well put together the style was unique, cozy and very spacious! Inside there is also a washer and dryer which helped immensely especially because we have kids. The couches were very soft and comfy. It’s an open concept cottage which is great because I could cook in the kitchen while watching and interacting with my kids. It had everything you needed to cook with. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful! The bedroom’s have a TV, a place to hang your clothing, and a built in section to place your suitcases or items and the bed was super comfy. The backyard has a hot tub which was great especially at night it had lights and also has a patio with a grill, and a picnic table. There was also a fire pit outside with chairs around to enjoy a nice bonfire! The game room has a huge TV, games to play and cozy place to sit and watch TV.If I ever had a question the host answered quick and was super respectful. Communication was great! Overall it was a very cozy, spacious cottage and we will be booking again in the near future!

The listing for this rental is accurate. It has everything you need and then some, including comfortable beds! Communication to and from the owners was quick and easy. I would readily recommend this rental to friends and family.

Cozy cottage stay

This is an adorable cottage. It is very clean and well appointed. The kids (and adults) really enjoyed the detached game room. The hot tub and fire pit made for very relaxing evenings. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great spot for a Hudson Valley getaway

The perfect spot for a Beacon/Newburgh getaway! Great access to the towns, Storm King State Park, and Storm King Art Center! Lovely house, great game room (played so much ping pong and darts), and the hot tub was perfect.
