Excellent location.. our family loved the bright and open home while also having tons of fun out in the water. What a great place for us to hang out for a few days while we snuck out from society.

We had a great visit to Orange Lake. The home was just as described. Easy to communicate with and everything you could need for a relaxing weekend at the lake. We enjoy the kayaks, games in the deck, grilling and the bottle of wine. Close to activities and USMA! Would definitely come back!

The house was just as described on the listing. Very clean, beautifully situated right on the lake and stocked with everything you could need. Don was very easy to communicate with and had great suggestions regarding what to see in the area. Sunsets were beautiful and directly in front of the house as if they were choreographed! Fantastic Stay at Lake View Home!

We had a wonderful stay at the lake view property! The house was spotless and very well-maintained, with excellent amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great communication throughout our stay.. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Spectacular View

The lake was frozen the week we came, but still beautiful. My husband said we should return when it is warmer to enjoy it more. Was a great property for two couples since it had 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. And having a kitchen was great for preparing breakfast.

Orange Beauty

Perfect home base in the Hudson River Valley. Literally on the shores of Orange Lake yet close to everything in the area. Host was very responsive. great place.

Overnight

We just stayed one night as something more comfortable that a hotel. Wish we had more time. Place was beautiful and would've love to enjoy the lake. Def would stay again

Perfect to relax

It was simply wonderful. We enjoyed every minute in the house. The view was perfect. Sunset was priceless. We did yoga in the morning looking at the frozen lake. Beds are very comfortable and the hot water in the shower was perfect.

Perfect location for a Girl’s Weekend Away!

This cute property was a great location for a girl’s weekend. The home was tidy with comfortable beds and linens. Communication with the owner was perfect. Loved the big porch overlooking the lake and we enjoyed using the kayaks.

Lake House Getaway

Great spot in the Hudson Valley. Host was fantastic and easy to work with. House was clean and had everything we needed! Property has lake access and there are several kayaks and a stand up paddle board.

All little getaway with friends

So charming, stunning views, clean and our host Donald was so great very communicative and quick to respond back. We had such a relaxing time. Plus we Enjoyed Angry Cider, Big Dog brewery and went to a amazing restaurant called Lakeview house. Staff amazing, good food, good drinks, great atmosphere. The whole trip 5 stars Will definitely go back!!

Great Vacation!

Don was great and the property was fantastic! It was my mother's 70th birthday and Don went above and beyond to have the kayaks and longboard ready. The house itself was perfect - beautiful panoramic windows looking out to the lake. Ultimately, the best weekend :)

Amazing lakeside retreat

The weather was cold and rainy (typical for May) but the setting on the lake was beautiful. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. Perfect spot to decompress and soak in the view.

Hudson River Valley Getaway

The property is well-located for an ops base to see the mid-HRV. We stayed in October so no playing in the lake but the sunsets were gorgeous as hoped for. Our host was responsive and courteous.

Visit with our Cadet

We had a wonderful stay at Don's house. I wish we would have found his house a few years ago. Great spot to stay when visiting your cadet. Beautiful views of the lake. Don could not have been any easier to work with. Bonus- free pass to the largest Gold's gym in the U.S. our cadet loved this perk!
