We want to clarify that we do provide additional supplies such as toilet paper, sponges for cleaning, and other essentials in the cabinets and drawers. Regarding your concerns about the furniture, we understand that personal preferences vary, and we regret that the swinging chairs did not meet your expectations. We'll certainly take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. As for the maintenance issues you mentioned, our team has investigated and found that the sink and the plug near the bed in the master bedroom were in proper working condition before your stay. However, we have addressed these concerns to ensure they are in optimal condition for our future guests. Furthermore, our handyman inspected the kitchen faucet and found that it was not loose but rather may have been subjected to excessive force. We kindly ask our guests to handle all amenities with care to avoid any mishaps. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you encountered and appreciate your valuable feedback.
