Sunrise at Little Bay is a cozy, beach hideaway with a spectacular view of Little Bay from the front door. The views from the observation deck are truly breathtaking! Watch dolphins feeding out your front door.

The front door opens to the dining and sitting room where games, puzzles, and reading can be enjoyed with family and friends.

The home has a spacious, updated kitchen with all the amenities including stainless steel appliances and a gas stove.

The family room is reminiscent of a movie room with 8 leather reclining chairs, each with their own cup holder and 2 ceiling fans. There is a 75" smart TV to relax after a long day at the beach and enjoy watching movies and snacking on popcorn!

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a door to the front deck where you can relax and enjoy the bay. There is a 40" smart TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom offers a stand up shower.

The second bedroom has a twin over twin bunkbed and a comfortable full size bed.

The third bedroom has another twin over twin bunkbed and a queen size bed. This room has a smart flatscreen TV.

There is a small kitchenette between bedrooms 3 and 4. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and sink.

The fourth bedroom has a king size bed and a smart flatscreen TV. This room has a private access door for those night owls!

The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and the third bathroom has a stand up shower.

The house has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
