Former Model Home in the heart of Whitney Ranch! Welcome home to our well-maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath single-family home with pool/spa/BBQ. We are renting out the home as subdivided: either as private bedrooms with shared common areas such as living room, family room, kitchen, and dining room OR as dedicated private space:
A> one of the bedrooms (there are 2 hallway bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom and a master-bedroom with its own bathroom) and share common living areas.
B> master-bedroom with separate entrance (has mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker)
C> have the dedicated space to yourself of 2 hallway bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, family room, and dinning room: has separate entrance.
rent includes all utilities and wifi.
NO GARAGE
NO PETS
NO unregistered VISITORS due to liability and safety reason: the pool is not fenced although the property is fenced.
Single story home with sparkling heated pool/spa, covered patio, all desert landscaping, with all appliances included & a new water heater. Walking distance to shopping, dining, pharmacy, and schools. Easy freeway access , minutes to the Strip, LAS airport, Costco, Walmart, pet services, dental and medical offices, the Galleria, AMC movies, Henderson Hospital, Roseman University of Health, etc....
Minimum stay is 30 days.
The house has security cameras in the exterior.
NO MAIL BOX AVAILABLE to receive or mail out. Pls use your own PO Box.
POOL/SPA IS open seasonally not year round and is NOT FENCED. GUESTS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY and not allowed to have visitors. NO CHILDREN IS ALLOWED IN THE POOL/SPA UNACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. GUESTS ACCEPT THAT OWNER/MANAGEMENT WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR GUESTS SAFETY AND BODILY INJURY.
No smoking/vaping inside the house. Cigarette butts must not be littered around the property. There is a $200 cleanup/penalty if found.
Landlord pays these utilities; however there is a $400 cap on the sum of
water, gas, and electricity (solar cost of $215/month included in this sum).
Landlord pays for garbage/recycle, wi-fi, weekly pool service, and periodic gardener service. Landlord does not provide cable TV service.
Tenants must take put garbage in trash bin and appropriate recycle items in the recycle bin.
Tenants must take out these bins to the sidewalk on Friday night for early Saturday pick up unless otherwise notified by the city due to holiday schedules.
Tenants must return these bins back behind property metal gate by the end of next day (Saturday evening). Tenants will have to pay any penalty issued by the HOA if bins are NOT taken back behind the gate timely and out of public site.
Minimum 30 day booking at the start then can extend by days or weeks if available.
Pls clearly describe which room(s) you would like to rent and how many occupants including children at the time of your booking inquiry so we can best accommodate you depending on your preference, budget, and availability of the home.
RENT amount is different for each scenerios and IS seasonally VARIABLE however for stays longer than 60 days we can lock you in a fixed rent amount.
There is a mandatory one-time cleaning fee.
No smoking inside the house. There is a $150 penalty for vaping or smoking inside the house and a penalty of $250 to rid of odors which may require new wall painting to suppress the smell permanently.

My father (at age 92 got this home as his vacation home) and we would like to share this beautiful serene gem with traveling professionals while we still get to enjoy the house in between bookings as he can still travel. I have been a super host on other platform helping friends and families to manage a few homes in another state initially (as a hobby initially) because I enjoy traveling and hospitality. In the recent years I have hosted more displaced homeowners (due to damaged home while waiting for repairs) and families relocating to/from other cities.

Great clean and quiet neighborhood with caring neighbors who are mostly retirees in health care. Nicely landscaped home with just about the ideal square footage and open floor plan. Single story and front yard to relax and enjoy the birds chirping as they visit the water fountain. Easy access too many amenities: restaurants, gyms, shops, casinos, hospital, clinics, spa, and even pet services. It is minutes to the STRIP and LAS airport.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
I fell in love with the front yard (no water in the water fountain as we need to conserve water) with a partially fenced area for morning coffee while listening to the birds. The pool in the back yard is just so relaxing just to look at it especially from the master bedroom view. The neighborhood is so clean and parking is plenty.
