This is a gorgeous 4 bedroom home with a private sparkling pool in backyard! About less than 2 miles from the timeless excitement and endless attractions that The Strip has to offer! Amenities such as High Speed Wi-Fi, pool table, HDTVs, outdoor grill, etc.! Cozy and spacious for our guests in the home. Conveniently located within minutes to various restaurants, shops and grocery store. You can see strips from backyard. This is the perfect house for your stay in Las Vegas!

Ken’s place

Ken was a very receptive owner. When we were having trouble with the TV, he personally came to the place and fixed it. Location is good. Very walkable neighborhood. Great Mexican restaurant around the corner. The house could use some activities, (cards, puzzles etc)

Clean and close to everything

We loved the house very clean and everything is near by a lot of restaurants stores the strip it’s in a perfect location

It was Okay

The location was relatively close to the strip, but the neighborhood could be better. The house was generally clean, though some dust was noticed on the floor and beds. A deep clean of all the bedding would be appreciated. The bathroom fan is quite noisy, and a fresh interior paint job could significantly enhance the overall experience. The guest bedroom downstairs is extremely cold as there is no heating in that room.

We had a great trip

Clean property. Mattress felt really good. Great location next to great restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Great house and location!

The house was perfect for our stay! Great location near the convention center and close to the strip. The house had everything we could possibly need ready for us on arrival. We loved the view of the strip from the backyard! Ken, the owner, communicated with us very well and had reasonable expectations. Our only regret is that we were so busy working we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool!

Great house & great host

This house checked all of our boxes. The pool was perfect for beating the summer heat and relaxing. Good sized bedrooms with plenty of common area to hang out. Ken is a very accommodating and responsive host. We would definitely book this house again.

Convenient location, great pool!

We stayed four days and had a great time. There was plenty of space for the family and we loved the pool. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Also, it was located near the strip and downtown for easy access to both. The host was very responsive to our questions and requests. Would certainly stay here again!

Attending concerts at the sphere

We enjoyed the property and its proximity to the strip and the sphere. It had everything we needed and the pool table, pool and multiple TVs provided plenty of entertainment options

Perfect Place for a Getaway

Hosts were super attentive and helpful before and during the stay. The house is the same as described in photos, definitely would recommend!

Great vacation

This was an ideal location close to the strip, ideal for Uber rides. The property was great and the pool table was a big hit for all the adults. Overall the house was perfect for us. Thank you Ken!

Home is Perfect for Location, Safety, and Group Size

The home is beautiful and has everything you need when on vacation and want to feel like home. Sadly the weather didnt cooperate to let us enjoy the pool and outdoors. We loved the place and would book again in the future.

This home equipped with most necessary essentials to make you feel comfortable just as home.
