We chose this home in one of the nicest areas of Las Vegas, close to everything! We keep the home in remarkable condition and provide the best guest services.

.... Residing in the North Green Valley area of Las Vegas, this home is very close to many fine restaurants, great shopping, exciting attractions, and casino entertainment. It is close enough to the Las Vegas Strip to enjoy exciting 24 hour entertainment, and far enough away to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and sunny backyard with private pool.

WONDERFUL ACCOMMODATIONS!
.... Every room of this home has been professionally decorated. Relax in leather furniture while you watch movies. The first floor has a bedroom with queen sized bed and attached full bath. A newly updated kitchen allows you to create your beverages, snacks, or even prepare gourmet meals if you would like. The second floor features a spacious Master Suite and the 2 additional bedrooms can be set up with either a king size bed or (2) twin beds in each. All Bedrooms have TV's and new memory foam mattresses!

.... With the tropical sun shining down, cool off with a swim in the large private pool and spa, or relax in one of the many loungers while gazing at the towering palm trees. A covered patio will provide you some relief from the sun if needed, and a barbecue grill enables you to spend the evening with friends enjoying one of your perfectly cooked meats.

Clean place in a safe neighborhood, beautiful house

We were grateful to find a place for three couples to stay fora week where we had plenty of room (that master, oh my!) that was close enough to the airport and strip but far enough from all the chaos. Sharon greeted us and gave us a quick run down so we had absolutely no questions during our stay and although we’re didn’t need it. I knew I could reach out to her any time of day! We had great battles at the pool table and want to come back when it’s warmer for the pool in the amazing back yard! Thank you for a positive stay!

Great Experience!!

We had an amazing time staying in this house!! The greeting by Sharon started us off in a great mood for our vacation. Her warm hospitality while showing us the house was a pleasant surprise! She made sure that we knew where everything was and how everything worked on the property. We cannot recommend this property enough!! Music festival with family

Family flew into Vegas from all over to watch a favorite band perform. House is exactly as advertised. Great for 4 couples. Pool and patio area very nice and functional.

Great mini family reunion

We totally enjoyed our stay every moment. The pool and spa and patio is mostly where we hung out. We had 3 generations and was perfect for all.

Relaxing

Our yearly girls trip was so relaxing! The house was great, clean and the pool was wonderful! So nice to stay off the strip! Sharon was very nice and accomodating . Would stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

We had an amazing time at this house. The neighborhood and area was easily accessible to everything. We LOVED the pool and hot tub! The house had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

awesome house, convenient to the strip

we went for the NASCAR RACE. The house was close to everything. It was easy to get around with a rental car. Would stay here again!!

Great property close to the Strip and other activities.

The property is well maintained and works great for two couples looking for a break from the norm on the Strip. This is the first property someone actually cared enough to come and meet us and show us around. That was a huge plus!

Great house and location for family spring break

This property met all the expectations I had. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful trip. It is centrally located to all the activities we had planned for the trip. Great restaurants in area. We stayed there in April and so the heated pool was a plus for the kids. We had a great week and hope to be able to get back next year.

Quiet neighborhood, great for our family

The house was perfect for our family. We were able to spread out and the teenagers all had separate beds. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed the pool/spa in the back. The property manager Sharon is great.

Oasis in Vegas

We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful home in Henderson. It was great proximity to activities, shopping and restaurants. The home was very comfortable for the 8 of us with comfortable beds and living space. The private pool was a must in the Las Vegas heat, with plenty of seating and pool floaties. Highly recommend.

Purchasing this home was a wonderful decision and has provided many family memories over the years as we use it often for our family Holiday's and vacations. In addition to the Las Vegas Strip attractions and shows, our family has had many great experiences from the rest of Las Vegas and surrounding areas that we would be glad to share with anyone reading this profile. My wife and I rented a home many years ago and enjoyed the stay with our family and friends so much, that we purchased a similar home in August of that same year. We considered all the different areas of Las Vegas but we fell in love with the Green Valley community. It is close to the Las Vegas Strip, airport, and even Lake Mead. It is also just a minute from great shopping, many restaurants, theaters and local attractions.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Most guests don't need any additional information about the Las Vegas Strip, shows etc. We have experienced all of Las Vegas the and surrounding areas. Our favorite time is spent boating on Lake Mead during the summer! Water temperature of 87+ degrees and being surrounded by the mountains in the largest man-made lake in the world is breathtaking. We have toured and hiked Red Rock Canyon, Bryce Canyon and the Valley of Fire. We have also taken tours to the Grand Canyon. There is also plenty to do for the kids in the Las Vegas area and we have a list at the home of dozens of kids attractions from water parks, to escape rooms to amusement rides.
