**Nature & Weather:** This is a mountain home. You may encounter wildlife and insects; please do not feed the bears!
Winter travelers should have AWD/4WD or chains, as refunds are not provided for weather-related travel issues.

Check-Out Instructions:
Check-out time is by10:00 a.m. Cleaners often arrive close to 10am due to their busy schedule.
Leave beds unmade and remove all food items.
Load and start the dishwasher, and ensure that sinks are empty.
Dispose of trash in the provided bear-proof containers outside.
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Clean the grill after use.
