This 1930s cottage is the perfect spot for your stay in downtown Southern Pines. It is located on a quiet street, yet close enough to walk to all the shops/restaurants downtown or the Weymouth Center for the Humanities. This unit is downstairs with 1 bedroom (Queen) & 1 bath, a full kitchen, a dedicated work space, and shared laundry room in the back of the home. It has a private entrance from the front door. Come stay with us for a short stay or extended stay!

Queen size bed, dedicated work space, fully stocked kitchen.
The wi-fi login information will be sent via the Airbnb app and is also posted in the unit.

We do not have cable in the unit. The unit has a smart TV with access to apps via Wi-Fi such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime.

Overnight Stay

Cute place and perfect for an overnight stay in the area. The cottage had everything we needed, except for soap in the shower. Would stay there again, if in the area.

Golfer retreat

House is located within walking distance to center of southern pines. Close to numerous golf courses. Small home comfortable for a couple.

Great stay at the cottage

Had a wonderful weekend at the cottage while in southern pines for a friends wedding. The location is awesome, house was perfect for our needs and the property managers were very responsive when we had questions!

Stay here!

The cottage was perfect for us. We’re an older couple and this place was so easy to stay in. Clean, comfortable, perfect location, 15 minute walk to downtown on Broad. Meghan and her husband were excellent at communicating with us.

Visit to the Pines

We were only in town for a few days. We had great food and drink. We visited friends and the towns. The cottage was a great location and covered all our needs.

Wonderful stay!

The house was clean and well appointed. Exactly as described and super close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

Had an absolute blast is the town of southern pines/ pinehurst. We were able to complete so much shopping and eat at numerous restaurants. The cottage we stayed in was awesome. First weekend in forever we were able to get some time to ourselves. We enjoyed every single second of it. Cottage was comfy and very clean. Lots had been redone on the inside. We loved it!

Thanksgiving Overflow

We rented this spot for family to stay in during Thanksgiving. I had not received the information on how to check-in. However, the host quickly resolved it once a phone call was made. The home was lovely and well-appointed—an excellent spot for grandma to rest after a busy Thanksgiving day.
