Beautiful cottage- very nicely decorated and well maintained. Backyard is also very good with a nice sitting area and fully fenced yard. Kitchen and bathrooms are all updated and well laid out. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Fantastic home in a great spot close to downtown Southern Pines. The home was perfect and had everything we needed. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive. We would stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking to visit this area! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Friendly neighborhood & property on a quiet road. Back hard set up is fantastic for dogs! Kitchen well stocked for utensils & cookware. Bathrooms clean and supplied with toiletries. 2-minute drive to downtown Southern Pines & about 15 mins to Old Pinehurst. We enjoyed ourselves.

Great place

The house was adorable and in a great location. Very very clean, nice updates to the house, and the host was easy to get in touch with and left a nice snack bowl for us! We would definitely stay again.

Great cottage in Southern Pines. Easy access to the historic district, Pinehurst and Aberdeen. Would love to stay here again in warmer weather!

Pet friendly

The home was pet, friendly, clean, and had a nice flow to the layout. The location was great to access downtown Southern Pines, and had the perfect amount of privacy.

Wonderful place to stay!

Cozy Cottage is the perfect name for your place. When we walked in the front door, we sensed a warmth and inviting atmosphere that made us feel at home. It was just like the pictures in the ad. It was very clean and lovely. The manager was very accommodating and available to meet our needs.
