Spacious contemporary Beach Condo - oceanfront

5 Star newly renovated Beach Condo - perfect for 2 families or family with grandparents.

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with direct Gulf of Mexico views. The open floor plan provides plenty of space for the family to spread out. The Magnolia Farms inspired décor carries throughout the condo. The unique sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle nest or bird colony.

You cant be closer to the Beach/Ocean and amazing Sunsets.

The space
Open the energy-efficient windows and let the Gulf breezes in and listen to the sounds of the surf. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops also has a breakfast bar for optional seating. The living room and dining areas are spacious and inviting and has a Roku Smart TV and DVD player.

All beds are prime beds with high quality mattresses . The master bedroom has a King size bed, Roku Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-size bed, the 3rd bedroom has two twin sized beds - both of these bedrooms also have Roku Smart TVs. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. Washer/Dryer available right next to Condo.

The Holiday Villas II condo complex offers a large heated swimming pool. The pool area has bathrooms and shower/rinse station. There is a charcoal grill for your use as well.

Incredible

The Condo was lovely, clean, roomy and provided all that’s needed. The view ethereal!But, the most impressive were the owners. Gracious, great communication and compassionate. We were here for a Life Celebration for my nephew and Frank/Hayley were compassionate and there for us every step of the way.We’re so very grateful! Thank you!

Great Family Relaxing Vacation

This was such a great place to stay with our family. The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed to cook, clean, play, sleep, relax! The location was very convenient to other fun things to do in the area, we went to a Rays game one night, enjoyed a movie a different night, and ate great food nearby too. The distance of the walk to the ocean from the elevators was really close too. Sometimes the west coast beaches have a loooooong walk in the sand which can be hard when lugging chairs, coolers, tents. But this one was really close, and it was not that busy at all either! The hosts were so helpful and even came and fixed a small issue with a window. Would definitely recommend this condo and we will for sure be back!

Weekend trip

Was exactly as advertised. Clean and plenty of room for the 7 of us that stayed. Great location. Would definitely book again. Only complaint was parking. You would think for a 3 bedroom unit that we would have 2 parking spots. There's only 1 spot per unit and only 2 non-reserved spots for the entire place. We got lucky to snag one of them, but the alternative of parking 2 miles away overnight didn't sound great. Everything else was fantastic though!

Best beach vacation ever!

Everything about our trip was perfect! The condo is clean, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, the view is incredible, and the beach was heavenly! The host was so kind and accommodating! I can't wait to return!

Audas Family Summer Vaca

This unit is absolutely beautiful and accommodated our family perfectly. Although we missed having a balcony, the view from the large picture window was breathtaking. The kitchen had everything we needed which was appreciated since it isn't often the case with these rentals. We were somewhat disappointed how busy the beach was on Saturday and Sunday because of the public parking and public beach access.

The view of the ocean right out the window is amazing!

Great view, nice condo, awesome host!

The condo is "as advertised" and the view from the living room is tremendous. The host (Frank) was very accommodating and helped us enjoy our beach getaway.

Nice Property

Very Nice place, short walk to the beach and the pool. The only problem was the fire alarms. Went off twice while we were there. That's hard with three little ones and they are sleeping.

Comfortable Condo

Condo was exactly as described. Clean, beds comfortable, perfect for family. Couple things I would recommend: - handbars in showers for elderly persons. - more than 4 towels for 8 people (ended up washing them ourselves).

Indian Shores vacation

Excellent location. Older building could use some minor cleaning / beautification. Inside very nice kitchen and great room area. Beds comfy but could use a little remodeling of bathrooms. Owners very responsive and professional. Overall enjoyed and would consider returning.

Fun in the Sun

The owners Hayley & Frank made this vacation even more stress free for us! So many available amenities like chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels, and a pack n play! We needed groceries and our personal items and that was it!! Amazing hospitality in a clean, friendly area RIGHT on the beach! We loved it and can’t wait to return soon!

Perfect beach condo

The condo is absolutely perfect! The view of the ocean was incredible. The condo is much larger then what we thought it would be and we were all comfortable. One minute walk to the beach and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The owner set aside a beach tent for us to have shade. Highly recommend this condo!

Nice place

Beautiful place, clean but only 1 parking spot per unit for a family of 8. Also beautiful view but didn’t realize it didn’t have a balcony ( probably my fault for not checking to see if there was one) loved the location, wasn’t to busy but yet close enough to the bigger city’s. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great condo

This unit was perfect for 6 of us! The view is spectacular, the pool was heated, and the condo was updated and decorated nicely. The beach is quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice, clean place on the beach in Indian shores. Plenty of room and our hosts communicated amazing with everything we needed. The beach toys ended up being extra helpful and fun. Thanks a lot!

Family vacation with sugar-like white sand!

This was a wonderful condo for our family. It is beach front which is perfect! There is no balcony but the main loving area does have almost a full wall of windows which gives you a beautiful view still. The condo is beautifully decorated and the owners matched the season for decor. Plenty of space for relaxing, cooking and eating. A short walk down the road to a ice cream shot, a little longer walk to a local coffee shop. On Sunday there is a local market a short walk away as well. Just a short drive into Clearwater. We had everything we needed to cook while also having a couple extras like a blender and a Keurig coffee maker. The beach is beautiful! Super soft sugar-like sand that made it very enjoyable for full days and evenings down by the water. Even on the weekend the beach was not overly packed which was a plus. There is no laundry in the condo itself, which I should have looked that up prior, but there is a community laundry room I believe for each floor. We didn't get to use the pool, partially because it was on the opposite of the ocean side but also we enjoyed splashing in the ocean plenty! Overall, it was a great stay for our little family for a weekend away from the cold up north. We would stay here again.
