Overnight stay

The penthouse is really nice and clean. The location is good and parking is right outside the building, so that was nice. I enjoyed my time there.

Great stay!

My husband and I were in town for an event at the Show Me Center. The place was top notch on every aspect. Easy communication with the host and close to everything we needed/wanted. We are looking forward to staying here anytime we are in town.

Communicating with the hosts was extremely easy, and they’re very kind! The apartment had a pretty view, and it was really clean. Would stay again!

The view is spectacular

Parking right next to door. Steps to get into building but then elevator to your door. Spacious rooms. Very comfortable. Giant windows so even if you can't be on the rooftop deck you can see the river and bridge. Walk to town is downhill then uphill back but worth every step.

Fabulous property with rooftop balcony!

Property was on top floor, spacious, lots of windows, easy highway access and amazing rooftop balcony with comfy furniture. Andrew was an amazing host and super responsive! We will definetely stay here again!

Ideal Spot

This place was located close to EVERYTHING! This is your ideal spot for location. We would have walked to century casino if it was so hot. The house was spacious and cozy. The deck was my favorite place. Clear sky, saw the stars and moon. The owners were really responsive to questions. Didnt wait a full minute for a response.

Enjoyed our stay near downtown.

Enjoyed staying in the penthouse apartment near downtown. The location was easy to get to and had a nice view of the river. We enjoy walking to a coffee shop one morning that was nearby. The apartment was clean, 2 bathrooms for getting ready, tv's in the living room and bedrooms, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, the beds were comfortable, but the pillows could be better. We travel to Cape about once a year and would stay here again.

Lovely stay

Excellent location and check in was a breeze! We were in town for volleyball and I am so glad I booked here instead of a hotel. We had plenty of room and the patio deck offered a wonderful view of the river.

2024 Eclipse

Great stay for the 2024 eclipse. The property was very well maintained and clean, and the host was very great at communicating. Wonderful view of the Mississippi and downtown area. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay

The property was amazing. Very clean and easy to find. Location was great. Within walking distance of everything downtown. I especially loved the rooftop deck with views of downtown and the river.

Girls Evening In!

We live in a nearby town but was looking forward to a friends evening while our teenage daughters hit the rodeo down the road. Everything was great, we sat on the rooftop until 3AM and had the best time! I was honestly mostly worried about road noise since I’m a light sleeper but the place was quiet and the mattress was perfect. We didn’t really have any directions for checking out so hopefully the start of the laundry was ok. Andrew was nice enough to recommend some local restaurants as we are not so much into chains. Celebrations is just down the street from the house they served up the best steak and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks again Andrew!

Great views and location to historic Giradeau

The penthouse suite and views were as advertised. Views from the deck are nice overlooking beautiful downtown and excellent views of the Mississippi River. Easy acces and private entrance. Unit is well appointed and owner is ultra accommodating. Can’t go wrong with this unit.

Property is in excellent condition with very good view of the Mississippi River, and Downtown Cape Girardeau. Many excellent, gourmet style restaurants in the downtown business district. We plan to stay here again.
