Great location! It's near Berry Farms and within a short drive to downtown with easy access to highway for Nashville. Lovely walking & safe neighborhood. They have a great screened in porch. Plenty of room. Hosts left cleaning supplies which was nice as well as other kitchen & starter laundry supplies. The only thing to be aware of is that the master bed mattress is very soft!

Great property! Very clean, well equipped home that was great for our family. Communication was very fast and they were very accommodating of our situation! Beautiful yard and neighborhood with friendly neighbors! Home was stocked above and beyond with any essentials you might need. We had a great stay.

Beautiful house!

Beautiful house. Loved the back porch for morning coffee! It is in a great location. Very clean, beds were comfy, and the hosts were wonderful! I would Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay, everything needed was provided. The gas fireplace added to the coziness downstairs.

Great Family get together

Very clean and accommodating. Located in the Franklin area yet with a large enough yard for the kids to have plenty of room of room to play. Brian was excellent in communication and very responsive to the few questions we had.

Family weekend

We had a great time at Tami and Brian’s house. The house is beautiful, and they have paid attention to every detail so the guests have everything needed for a wonderful stay. Both the inside and outside are meticulous. It was perfect for our family! Thank you so much.!

Awesome

We had a great time. The property was plenty big enough for 8 people. The games were fun. Had all utensils we needed. It was a good good location to everything. Overall would not only recommend but would stay there again.

Franklin House

The property was fantastic. The house was extremely clean, prepped for a welcoming arrival and completely stocked to meet all of our needs. TVs everywhere, a kitchen perfect for gathering or preparing meals, and a fire pit and games in the expansive yard out back. It was a great location for a long weekend trip to Franklin. The property is located between downtown Franklin and Berry Farms, just minutes from each. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect for a girls weekend getaway

A great house for the 7 of us mid-30 year old somethings to have a extended girls trip. We wanted to avoid the Nashville downtown space and LOVED being so close to Franklin. The house was so clean, had beautiful rooms with very comfy beds and a perfect living room for our wine filled gossip nights. Lovely little welcome basket upon arrival that helped us dying of hunger before our shipt order arrived. Would absolutely recommend. Easy access and communication with the hosts. Thank you.

Beautiful retreat!

We loved the location just minutes from charming downtown Franklin and a short drive to all the big sites in Nashville. The house was very clean and comfortable. Super helpful how they had labeled all the light switches and provided detailed instructions for doors, etc. Our favorite part was the screened back porch that opened up from the family room, overlooking the expansive backyard (perfect for drinking your morning coffee or glass of wine while the children play). We hung out in the backyard around the fire pit most evenings. She was flexible and worked with us when we asked to have a couple extra guests visit who were in town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic Franklin Farmhouse

Beautiful home, great location, super hosts! The screened in porch was the ultimate in relaxation. Only drawback was partly my fault, one of the beds was a bunk bed without adult access. Saw the picture, but based on the description it appeared there was a single bed rather than a bunk bed. Glad we were missing an adult. However, nothing would change how we felt about the home. It was the best we have ever stayed at! Absolutely beautiful home and yard! Thanks Tammi and Brian.
