Fall Cottage Stay

A seamless experience with Dabney in booking, arriving, staying & departing from a picturesque cottage that is meticulously cared for. We were visiting family & my only wish was that we could have spent more time enjoying the area.

Another great stay!

Love this property from the great location, cleanliness and comfort! The host thinks of everything you may need and provides! Easy communication too! This was my second start at this property and I will always stay here when visiting Franklin Tn!

Peaceful visit

We really enjoyed our peaceful time here. The home is just as described, has everything you need and is located just minutes from great restaurants and downtown Nashville. The hosts have taken great care in decorating and thoughtful touches of comfort. I would recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet!

Peaceful getaway w/ hot tub!

Beautiful, clean cottage with great amenities. We enjoyed the outdoor area including fire pit, hot tub, hammock, and seating areas. House was very comfortable and quiet. A very peaceful getaway!

Return visitor

This is the most well equipped rental home we’ve ever stayed at…right down to a crockpot! The setting is very rural but a great escape and close to many quaint areas including Leiper’s Fork and downtown Franklin. We stayed here one year ago and were excited to return as a family of four and use the hot tub, fire pit and hammock. Everything is maintained well and very clean which is a huge priority for our family!

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy!

This adorable cottage was absolutely perfect for me and my best friend for a shopping trip to Franklin. It is very rare for me to feel completely comfortable in a hotel room or rental. This was not the case this trip. I felt at home the moment I walked in. It was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, well stocked and quiet. We didn't want to leave! I would stay here again, but next time for longer than 2 nights.

We hated to leave!!

This little hidden gem was amazing. It was honestly one of the cleaniest places we've ever stayed. So comfortable, super cute, well, it was just perfect!!

Relaxing getaway

This was the best place to stay for our girl trip! It was so clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor area as well with the hot tub and lights. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do, but it also had a feeling of seclusion. It was the best of both worlds! We loved every minute and will hopefully be back in the future!

Call it Home

This property and what the host provides make this property feel like home. Clean and quaint in a rural country setting, I was so relaxed I forgot about everything else. If there was a ten star rating I would give it an 11!

Adorable place, great stay!

We stayed for 3 nights, and never wanted to leave. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great, hot tub was awesome for the evenings after it cooled off. Coffee and flavor options were ready and waiting when we arrived. The whole pack patio is such a vibe, pictures do not do it justice. We loved this place!

Perfect Getaway

My fiancé and I stayed here to attend a concert at the amphitheater and it was perfect. Clean and cozy. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely return.

Great little cottage

My Sister in Law and I planned to have a book reading vacation and this was the perfect spot to do that! Cutest little cabin with everything you would need. Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful Cottage

Absolutely beautiful, quaint cottage. Extremely enjoyable and stress free. The hostess did an impeccable job of making sure all the little necesities were available (making it much less stressful for us). All of the kitchen basics are available and then some! Great hottub, comfortable beds... just a wonderful getaway vacation home.

Highly recommend!

We stayed here for our 30th anniversary and loved it! The cottage is adorable and our host thought of everything! The place was spotless, cozy and so welcoming. It was centrally located to everything on our must see list and the area provided a beautiful scenic drive. We loved the hot tub and patio area and all the special touches! We plan to be back next year!

Cute & Cozy Get-away

Property is as described/shown. Super cute & cozy & perfect for a get away! The property does have a road that gets a fair bit of traffic next to it- so you do hear the traffic when outside. Still a lovely stay & very relaxing! We would come back & will recommend to friends & family!

TN seclusion

Cozy and cute cottage. It was immaculate. Hot tub was nice bonus. Very quiet area but conveniently located to places we wanted to see as well as friends and family. If we’re back in the area we’d definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway

We loved everything about this property! The hammock, the hot tub and. the firepit were all fun additions to make for the perfect getaway! They thought of everything inside the house and anything we looked for we found! We would definitely recommend to anyone and you have to stop at our favorite breakfast/lunch spot Davis General just down the road!

Absolutely perfect.

Beautiful private cabin tucked away from the main hubbub of the city, but still close enough to be convenient. We were looking for a quiet getaway for some rest and relaxation. I am recovering from surgeries, most recently an ankle surgery, and my husband is exhausted from tending to me. This little cabin was almost perfect for someone on a knee scooter like myself. The entrance is just a low sill, easily hopped over. The only inconvenience was getting in/out of the shower, which was my fault for forgetting my shower stool. Same low sill, easily hopped over, just a bit more difficult without the stool. With a bit of hubby assistance and a handy step stool found onsite, I was in business. Communication was prompt and accurate. Check in/out process was a breeze. They even allowed us a slightly later check out. Bed was soft and you just kind of sank into it. It was simply and gorgeously decorated and the hot tub was a dream come true. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area. While it was just us, this would be great if you had children with you as well. The 2nd room has two twin beds and there is a basket of games, a hammock, some hills to roll down and a huge tv to entertain the kiddos.

Hidden piece of heaven

Absolutely wonderful little cottage! My mom, best friend, and I stayed here for a short girls trip and it was our second time staying here. This cottage is beautifully and tastefully decorated with so many homey touches and finishes. The owner is always so wonderful to work with and easy to communicate when I needed anything. Definitely coming back, again!
