The host was very responsive and thorough communicating throughout the process. Unit has some very nice touches. It is an older building/complex, although some renovations have been done to the unit. The price was reasonable, based on the property location.. Parking was available and convenient. Very secure property, onsite security guard.

The updated condo was very nice. We traveled during some of the hottest days in Atlanta, so the air conditioning didn't keep up as much as we would have liked, but it still kept the rooms cooler than outside. The communication with the host was some of the best communication I have personally had when traveling. Check-in and check-out were both easy as well.

host responsive, rooms were clean, we were going to atlanta aquarium and wanted to stay nearby. would use again on next trip to atlanta.

the front desk people were nice but i waited over an hour and a half to check in to the room. they told us we could check in at 3 so we waited in the chairless lobby sitting on the floor for over an hour. the room wasn’t ready until 4:25, almost 30 minutes past 4 o’clock. no refund or anything was given, i had to ask the front desk person to check the room, the host was not answering. will not be staying there again

We needed a place to stay close to the Eastern and this was a great spot! The condo was very close to downtown and easily accessible from I-20. The condo is nicely renovated and very clean. The condo security was very assuring as well.

Overall we were okay with the listing. The locations was great for the purpose of our. Is it to ATL. The bathtub wasn’t clean and there was a strange door that wasn’t super secure and we felt vulnerable leaving the space. There was a smell of marijuana when we arrived and we don’t smoke. We let our hosts know about this because we didn’t want to be charged for this. During our stay our car was towed from the parking lot and cost us 254. I didn’t see the parking instructions until the morning after our arrival and that was probably due to us being on the road driving in rural areas with limited wireless access. So, please try and get parking instructions asap. ATL isn’t graceful when it comes to opportunities to make money off of visitors. The security guard told us to park there and we shouldn’t have listened. I might have considered this an affordable and safe place to stay otherwise but that situation left me feeling otherwise. The rooms were clean. The host was responsive. It could have been different but, hey.

The host was stellar. Very responsive, both before and during the stay. The size of the place was good deal for the price. Fresh towels. And we appreciated the touch of coffee and creamer already stocked and waiting. But there was no air-conditioning at all during our stay, which made the place quite warm. The front desk was rarely staffed or guarded. And the host's posted notes about the building being under construction and the parking lot being a bit of a sketchy mess were on point.

Good part:Host is so helpful and responsive.Bad part:1. Building doesn’t have laundry, it looks like renovation is going on during my stay.2. Allotted parking as always occupied.3. Few of neighbors are using cigars and some drugs every evening and night had very bad smell since they opens their doors and does the cigar party. Hard to stay non-smokers, like family and ladies.** but host is so responsive, helpful and friendly to arrange and address whatever we ask. Thank you
