The location and property was great. Close to downtown in a quite area. Easy to access with parking in the city which is a huge plus.

Great spot for restaurants and nightlife! The apartment has a relaxed vibe during downtime. Highly recommended. I'll be booking again whenever I visit!

Great location for downtown Atlanta, walkable if you want and parking included is a huge plus! It could've been a little cleaner with a few more amenities provided for as stated/expected - surfaces didn't feel or looked wiped clean, both bathrooms had a used roll of toilet paper with no replacement and we ran out the night before our final day. No trash bags, no shampoo (but an abundance of body wash).

Our host was amazing okay!!! Super respectfully , any questions I had while there he answered in a very timely manner . The pac man machine honestly was the highlight of my experience . The washer and dryer was indeed convenient . Grateful for that. Our host also, gave us things to do in the city . I felt safe home away from home and looking forward to booking again . IF YOU THINKING ABOUT BOOKING BOOK!!!!

The host communication was spot on for the rental. Very aware of explaining where the parking spot (and the 2nd location for parking - we used for the vehicle we didnt drive around). One of the bedrooms had a smell of smoke but it was probably the prior renters, because the cleaning person came that morning. An uncontrollable is the occasional siren or speeding loud vehicle here and there but nothing to bad. We truly enjoyed our stay here, we met up with family and we're able to do some events in town and I will surely use this location again. Plus it is pet friendly, which helped because the main purpose of the family meet up was to get a relatives fur baby because they have an upcoming trip. Great location if you are going to State Farm arena or Mercedes Benz arena, a nice walk on a beautiful day or a great place for lyft so it doesnt hurt your pocket. All the information we needed for the stay was located in a folder on the counter - I LOVED THAT. Plus the Pac-Man game was neat!!

This listing needs to be taken down. I booked this listing before the new reviews were posted. This place is in fact in walking distance to the arena’s but it’s very nasty. In the beginning talking to the host was easy but once we complained about the cleanliness it was an easy. I have pictures and documented conversations as well. My money was refunded even tho the host denied a refund. I’m warning you now don’t book or if you okay with living in filth go right ahead.

After careful consideration with vrbo and me sending them documentation of how the place looked before your arrival on video I was paid also I have ring camera stating you guys saying the place was clean , future reference always contact the host instead of trying to stay for free but I understand I will run into guest like you in this business

Host was friendly and responded quickly. This place is such a prime location being walking distance to the stadium! The cleanliness was not up to standard though; rugs and carpets were stained and sticky. The floors were sticky as well. It was uncomfortable to walk around without socks on. The throw pillows on the bed were covered in stains which makes the whole bed feel unclean. I understand things like that don't get washed regularly but it reaches a point where they should just be thrown away. Mirrors and sink fixtures were covered in water marks and old toothpaste. However, despite the cleanliness issues, I would still stay here again because the location is amazing and all the game tables were fun, I would just bring slippers, shower shoes, and a shower towel from home.

My family and me had booked this unit to go visit the aquarium. Based on the pictures we were very excited. Upon arrival, we found multiple concerning things in the unit. There was a full load of laundry in the washer, dirty sheets on top of the washer as well as a pair of shoes. There was clothes in the drawers in the bedroom. There was leftover food in the refrigerator. The beds were pictured as being very comfortable with lots of bedding. What we found was sheets and comforters either what appeared to be old and fresh food stains or other liquids. Some of the pillows only had shams on them while others were just small throw pillows. There were multiple stains on the carpets as well. The bar of soap in the bathroom had hair stuck to it. There was mail on the counter that was not addressed to the unit owner but had their address on it. It appeared as if someone was actively living in the unit. We made the decision to leave and go stay at the hotel Nextdoor after observing all these issues.

Rel made renting this space a breeze. The cleanliness, amenities, and quick response time from Rel were what made my stay the best. My family loved the games that were provided. I'll definitely be booking again.

This place was in the perfect location for us, we were able to get to Midtown/Piedmont Park in about 10 mins by Uber. There's also a ton of Lime scooters and bikes nearby if you want to head somewhere more local without having to walk.It's located right next to an awesome pizza bar (Match Oven) and a really good and beautiful Mexican restaurant (No Mas!). Can walk to either place in 2 minutes.The rooms were really spacious and the host has a ton of items available that make a difference in case you forgot anything. There were tons of toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo etc. The beds have extremely comfortable mattresses and mattress toppers. Huge TVs in all the rooms. It's a fun environment, as it's decorated with posters, LED lights, and has arcade games/mini pool table. Full kitchen and laundry. Fast Wi-Fi. We didn't utilize the rooftop area or pool. But check in was super easy, which I absolutely appreciate. The host answered any questions we had immediately upon messaging. Super responsive and kind! And very accommodating. We were really happy with our stay. Recommend.

The kids loved the video game and air hockey! Lots of room! Extra bonus that parking is free unlike most places near downtown. I was able to communicate with my host and he was responsive and kind!

The location of the apartment is great!The restaurants and the ease to get anywhere.The problems began at check in that host did his best to correct like having no ability to leave the apartment on the first night due to not leaving a key...OK no problem we ordered dinner to be delivered except there was no where to eat except on the floor in front of the TV on a very dirty area rug.We were not able to unpack because the primary closet had a mattress in it and the drawers to the dressers had personal items and Amazon boxes.The towel bar came off in the guest bathroom as my daughter tried to hang her towel up.The guest bedroom had an electrical issue sometimes the power in the bedroom worked sometimes it didn't.There was a load of laundry left in the washing machine we ran it again as it was going bad.My daughter was bitten by a spider while sitting on the couch and needed to go to urgent care because it became infected.Yes we got through all of it but the majority of the issues could have been prevented before our arrival.This place is best for a guys weekend or bachelor party as it really doesn't work for families.

Pros: it was really close to State Farm stadium and the Mercedes Benz stadium. * It did have a security gate.* Really soft bedsCons: it’s an apartment complex that can be kinda difficult to find the right entrance. The bathroom bath tub was chipped pieces lying in the tub. The closet smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall: not a bad place to stay for the money.
