Summer Utility Surcharge (Stays of 29+ Nights)
From June 1st through September 30th, there will be a $25/night utility surcharge. This fee will be in addition to the normal nightly rate and will be requested separately once the booking is confirmed. Due to the extreme temperatures in the Coachella Valley, this is helping keep our homes open and available during the hot, summer months. This fee is ONLY accessed to stays of 29 nights or more.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $200/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-8am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 21+
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
