Loved the home! Great kitchen with everything we needed. Space was also great so everyone had a place to sleep.

Five of us were in town for Uketoberfest and this property was perfect! Clean, quiet, close to the venue, and very reasonably priced. Chelsea was prompt and welcoming in her communication and the house had all of the amenities we needed. Our only regret is that we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the game room.

I live rural, so i get worried about night noise as it is so very quiet where I live. This address was very peaceful and quiet. Appointed just like the photos, clean and has whatever you might need. Do recommend!

Great property - plenty of space for our party of 6, with an additional 4th bedroom to spare, and a fully furnished kitchen and basement recreational area. The neighborhood was quiet, the ping pong table was a fun perk, and the master bedroom mini split AC was a godsend after hours of road trip driving. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at The Wayside. Manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Location was convenient distance to UO.

Welcoming Cozy home

Host was very responsive and so nice! In town for track meet, great location for us. Super clean and well appointed... felt cozy and right at home. Loved the extra thoughtfulness (flowers, coffee, nice towels, Meyer's hand soap/lotion and shampoo etc). Especially the Magnavox - brought back memories! Would love to stay there again!

Girls Trip 2024

We scheduled a Girls Trip to celebrate a few birthdays. The home was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Location is very central to downtown. We had great weather during our stay, so we enjoyed the large backyard. The BBQ was not working, and the outlets took forever to charge cell phones, other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Baseball family weekend!

House is updated cute mid-century modern! Chelsea was very communicative and quick to respond when needed. Only feed back is couch and table in living room are a bit wiggly as is bed post in upper bedroom. Overall really great experience!

Charming & Fun!

We had so much fun staying in this super cute and surprisingly roomy home. The house layout was really unique and gave us plenty of room to spread out. We played lots of the games that were available since it was raining I even found a game I have to buy (Labyrinth). There were some pretty intense ping pong games as well. We were in town for track and it was very easy to get to Hayward Field. We’ll be back next year!

Parent's weekend.

Wayside was such a cute place for me and daughter's father to stay and allow her to hang off campus overnight. Loved the early 60's mid-century architecture, clean, good sized rooms, well equipped kitchen (if you were cooking). Did not use back garden or play room due to busy schedule of events. Great host.

No hot tub

House was great. We chose property based on search results for a pool/spa. Home listed as having a hot tub. We were disappointed not to find one.

Very Clean and updated

The house is definitely old, but the owners have done a great job updating. It was perfect for our trip and visit to Hayward Field. We had 3 individuals that were not all from the same family, and we were very comfortable. Chelsea was extremely helpful as she responded within minutes of my questions, and even reached out to make sure we didn’t need anything else. The place was very welcoming and ready for us when we arrived and all home instructions were very clear.

Property located near the Harlow Road, Hayden Bridge and Pioneer Parkway roundabout. The home is set in a neighborhood that’s really quiet relative to the location. The home is older as described, and well appointed with central air and heating. Everything was clean and organized, has a game room, backyard with an outdoor dining and sitting area. If the fruit trees and bush in the yard are in season, partake of the plums and black berries. I did and both are very good.We stayed on the property when doing our first year college drop off. The home became an excellent home base for all the moves and college dorm purchases we made along the way. It was the place of calm in all the hectic going ons. That helped us a lot with staying grounded. For all parents out there that have kids in college. You know what I mean. The parents that are planning this stage of life, you’ll appreciate a property that helps maintain your sanity. The owner Chelsea maintained excellent communication, returning my text quickly and had plans in places to address any problems. If you’re looking for a place that does what it did for me… this is it. This is Not a 700 a night hotel room that feels like an over price sleeping box. It’s not meant to be that. It’s a home. Try it. You may love it.
