This is our second stay and it was great! It is very comfortable and plenty of room for our family to visit! We cooked quite a bit this time and the kitchen was very well stocked. Kara is great at responding to any questions or concerns. We look forward to our next visit!

Great place to stay! Host was very responsive and we had zero issues. Comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Even though we were all adults we got a kick out of the game room. We enjoyed the patio amenities as well.

Perfect space for our group of four visiting Eugene for the NCAA Track and Field Championships. The house was spacious, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Great communication and willing to help with anything we needed. Thank you! We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and full of amenities. The garage has a carpeted game room. We liked playing the table tennis.Kara was very friendly and communication was fast. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with 10 min. access to downtown Springfield. We also had a quick 15 minute drive into Eugene.We were here for a wedding but enjoyed seeing the local sights and food. If you like water, we recommend the Wildwood falls swim. It’s beautiful and refreshing. We had a great time.Thank you. Kara, for a great stay! We’d love to come back sometime.

Our host was very welcoming and responsive. The entire place was completely stocked with anything and everything you need. The home was very clean and fresh smelling.

Very well put together home. The game room and back yard were great for the kids and we appreciated the floor plan. Kitchen is very nice, well appointed and clean. Bathrooms as well. Comfy beds and bedding, the list goes on. 100% recommend. I will likely stay here next time we come to Springfield.

This was a perfect place to get our family together! Our daughter and grandchildren and great grandchildren live very close so it was a great location. They all really enjoyed the recreation room!! The back yard was also great to hang out and let the little ones run around and have a great time! The kitchen was very well equipped and plenty of room for everybody. Kara was very nice and responded very quickly to my questions. We did bring our little dog and she really enjoyed the backyard, she did say that she would like a light in the potty area at nighttime.. The bedrooms were really nice and when a couple of our grandkids spent the night they loved having a TV in their rooms. The master bedroom was very nice but for us old folks the bed was a bit high. We would definitely love to book the Riverbend Escape the next time we go to Springfield to visit our family!

What an exceptionally pleasant stay. Kara was so responsive and attentive with all our questions prior to our arrival. All the extra niceties took it over the top.One person in our party is wheelchair bound. She had very minimal issues around the house. Mainly just the two steps to get into the house and the steps to get to the yard and steps to the playroom in the garage. Just took some effort and help but we managed. Thanks again Kara for sharing your beautiful home.

Great place to stay for our family of 4! We appreciated the close proximity to Hayward Field! We loved the sweet welcome gifts and the comfortable amenities. Lots of room for all of us, even got to enjoy playing pool, playing games and the backyard.

This is a quiet centrally located family neighborhood within walking distance of many restaurants and PeaceHealth Riverbend Hospital. Target is a 3 min drive. There is very easy freeway access which makes day trips around the area quicker and easier to navigate.

Our property is fully equipped for long and short term stays. It is set up with a workstation for a weekly business traveler but also with a game room for weekend trips with friends and family! It is centrally located with very easy access to popular destinations. The backyard is set up with turf to allow for fun year round.
