Weekend Trip

This location was as listed and in a great Location. The unit was clean and spacious and communication was great.

Old, Dirty Cabin

Old Cabin definitely needs TLC and some money put into it. But, the worst thing is it was dirty!! Dust everywhere, the kitchen was wash down and not polished streaks everywhere, so looks like it was washed with dirty rag. The dishwasher was crusted with old soap residue. Dust everywhere, living rooms, on beds. The worst of all, an old bar of soap left on the edge of the bathtub from a previous guest. We don’t use bar soap. So that was disgusting. However, I blame the cleaning company the owner was great to communicate with and easy to contact.

Vacation

Outside of property needs to be cleaned up. I reached out to the property manager about the grill and the deck not being cleaned. He informed me that someone would be coming to clean the next day and no one ever came. So we couldn't cook on the grill. There wasnt enough rugs for the bathroom and bedroom floors.

Relaxing retreat

We had a great time while staying at this property! There is so much to do in the area, and the central location was perfect for our visits to not only the National park and Pigeon Forge area, but also a college visit at UT-Knoxville. The house had everything we needed for our family of 5.

I’d visit again.

For the last four years I’ve visited the Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area and this was my first time staying in this particular cabin, but it won’t be the last. Clean, cozy and easy access to everything the city has to offer. Very well kept and the property owner was quick to respond to any question I had. Great place to stay.

Check in

Well we where told we could check in early as of 1pm but we got a later start so we arrived at 330 and try to get in and the code wouldn't unlock the door. We noticed though the windows the the cabin hadn't been cleaned as of yet and check in was at 4pm. We left for and hour to get something to eat got back still wasn't cleaned nor couldn't get in . Finally around 6 pm we got in touch with property owner and his wife had to give us the code for the hide away key to get it. Said that cleaning lady would be there in 20mins. Well hour later she showed u and gave us towels and clean sheets and had to drain hot tub because the people that where there before put soap in the hot tub. Cleaning leave and tells us she would be back I morning to get the trash because her car was full. Well there was still trash in it from the other guest. And the smoke alarm keep going off . Besides that rest of the week was enjoyable
